Good location, next to tram stops and centre. Warm apartment and windows can be opened for fresh air. Clean and big enough. Silent outside.

Bed is hard and a bit uncomfortable to sleep. Pillows feel synthetic. Thin blankets, I used two of them. No hairdryer, had to get one the day of arrival. Tiny shower. Rather for one traveller, not for a couple. Other bed is in the attic, with steep wooden stairs and low sealing. Only louvres on the windows, it is not completely dark at night.

Very tiny bathroom, shower not suitable for people above 1.80. Very low beds of limited comfort. Basic non-served breakfast.

I like staff Wu, very friendly,she was communicating with us; there are two single bed, and a very small loft,which kids may find amusing, the space can accomodate 3adult or 2adult with 2kids.The ref is filled with breakfast foods;we slept 3nights there bcoz we went to Virrat for 3 nights,but Wu communicated with us regularly. I think the package price by booking.com is good, and its should be marketed as one apartment not by bed or by person-;as the loft is so small with no bed.the place is near bus station to anywhere you want to go

The add on price is something not fair, as there was no 3rd bed and no queen bed. But again i like the friendlinessvand sweetness of Staff Wuitvcould be

Wu is super friendly. She met me for an early check-in, no problem. The flat was clean and tidy. The neighborhood is good and easy to get to. There are restaurants and markets nearby. Easy walk to the main sights. When I asked for a corkscrew Wu brought one the next morning (plus a vegan chocolate treat :) ) She even researched what vegetarians eat. I very much enjoyed my stay.

True the bathroom is tiny but it's Europe. I was just pleased to have my own for that price. When I booked it was cheaper that a dorm bed in a hostel. A dish towel would be good. Some instant coffee or a french press would be great. Not everyone is fond of cappuccino. Really nothing much to be unhappy with.
