Spacious, In-Town Hideaway
La nostra casa è un comodo rifugio privato situato nel cuore della città delle Highlands. Mentre il quartiere sembra una suddivisione tranquilla e nascosta, sei in grado di raggiungere a piedi Main Street in pochi minuti. Guardare il sole tramontare dietro le montagne dalla nostra veranda sul retro è il modo perfetto per concludere la giornata.
La casa è una casa in stile ranch con un sacco di spazio per rilassarsi e stabilirsi nella vita di montagna. È una vera passeggiata per la casa di città con marciapiedi quasi tutta la strada da Main Street. Diamo il benvenuto a animali e bambini da visitare con i loro adulti responsabili per goderci la nostra casa.
Avrai accesso a tutta la casa durante il tuo soggiorno. Ampio soggiorno con un enorme televisore, cucina aperta e sala da pranzo, grande veranda coperta con vista a ovest (tramonti mozzafiato), e 3 camere da letto, 2. 5 bagni.
Noi (Robin e Mason) siamo entrambi locali (Robin è un nativo!- una rarità nelle Highlands), quindi sentitevi liberi di farci domande sulla nostra comunità mentre siete qui. Se hai bisogno di noi, siamo solo a un SMS. Ma non preoccuparti, non saremo ospiti fastidiosi durante la tua visita se non hai bisogno di noi per nulla.

Our family of 5 enjoyed our weekend stay. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood with very easy access into town. The home was spacious and comfortable, and check in was simple. It had everything we needed and made our stay easy even with 3 small children

The home and accommodations were very nice. We enjoyed our 4 night stay, and loved sitting in the back porch watching deer and a white tailed fox stroll by.
The home is within easy walking distance to Main Street in Highlands which was an added plus.

HAD A WONDERFUL TIME IN YOUR HOME. IT WAS WALKING DISTANCE TO HIGHLANDS, WHICH WAS A BIG PLUS FOR US.

The house was so great! I loved the layout and it was perfect for our family of 5 plus my in laws. The house was so nice with a great kitchen for cooking and rooms for relaxing. It was better than expected. Super clean.

Great House Great Location
A family of four with pet dog loved the stay. The house is clean and updated. The location is good as you can walk into town. We loved the outdoor porch for meals and playing board games. Plenty of activities in Highlands. The Rec Center is 1/4 mile with pool and tennis.

Comfortable, kid friendly house in an excellent location.
Robin's place is a comfortable, well appointed house on a quiet street, a short walk to town. We spent the month in the home and traveled with our infant, toddler and 2 dogs - the house is very kid friendly. Our favorite features were the back deck (nice sunset view), the flat front yard where the kids could play, and the proximity to town. We loaded the kids in the stroller, leashed up the dogs and walked them to the Playground, Park, Main St. and Harris Lake (duck pond) daily. We loved our stay at Robin's place and look forward to booking again very soon!

Great location, wonderful space.
About .5 miles from town, there’s a sidewalk that almost reaches Pinecrest Rd. We made the walk many times with a stroller. Great restaurants..make reservations. paolettis, Wolfgang, 465, wild thyme, Madison’s, bridge...in that order.
Scaly, Rabun Bald, Whiteside, whiterock, chatooga, nature center, Glenn falls, ranger falls, and satulah are all within 30 minutes drive...moving baby is happy baby.
Great spot to work remote. Fast internet..even on a VPN. Webex and remote servers no issue. Nice nook off the kitchen has a perfect desk with view.
Keep the pups on a leash for potty breaks! Rabbits are always in the front yard at night.

We really enjoyed the convenient location of this house . We were able to go back and forth to downtown when we needed to. With an infant in the group it was extremely helpful. Very comfortable home. The mattresses were extremely comfortable. Would definitely stay here again

we loved our stay here ! Its 5 min from town and the rec center which i used every day to swim laps. The home although only 5 min from town feels like you are out in the mountains as you have no neighbors and view only lush green trees from the balcony. Its really a lovely place . The owner was hospitable friendly and asked several times if we needed anything...but of course we didn't. The restaurants were FANTASTIC Paoletti for fish....MP for Korean Salmon barbeque or cury veggies with shrimp over noodles ....so delish....The Bridges for monk fish.....YUM

Beautiful location. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen although we only used for breakfast. Comfy beds. Loved the back porch. Just a great stay.

Great spot in Highlands
Really enjoyed this property. Owners are fantastic and easy to work with. They have done a wonderful job with remodeling and you can tell more is on way. I would recommend adding ceiling fan in front guest bedroom. It got hot sleeping at night. Otherwise I’d recommend it o any and all.

Great house. Great location.
My husband and I went to Highlands to evacuate Florence. We were dealing with many unknowns and needed to find a place quickly. The owners were fantastic. The house was more than we needed but perfect and economical. The back deck is private and overlooks gorgeous mountain top views yet close to downtown Highlands. Fantastic kitchen and very comfortable master bed with mountain views from French doors. This neighborhood is small and quiet with a mountain top feel. I love that the owner doesn't fluff it up with pretentious rugs and unnecessary window treatments that are typically dirt collectors. It's wide open with clean hardwood floors and great views. Great laundry room. Living room big screen TV was useful ....but do bring your NETFLIX, etc. login info. This owner could not have been more accommodating and kinder about our unique situation. We will be back for sure but hopefully not to evacuate a hurricane! BTW The owner is local. That made us feel very comfortable and proved to be a real benefit by nature of our situation.
