Really glad we found Bills rental. My husband & I were very comfortable during our week here. The rental was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking & eating. Along with the microwave & electric cooktop there is also a toaster oven, conventional toaster & crockpot available in the unit. The short walking distance to the beach/boardwalk as well as the shops & restaurants along Asbury is great. The complex itself was very quiet, safe & secure. The pool area is clean, quiet & there’s a grill available for guests to use there as well. The rooftop sitting area was nice for sitting & relaxing in the morning & evening. Instructions for check in & everything we needed to know for our stay was provided by Bill prior to our arrival date. This really is a rental where you can park the car on arrival & never move it because almost everything you’d need is in walking distance. We will definitely try to stay here again next time we visit OCNJ.

We had a great time during our stay! The unit was spotless and tidy, and every amenity needed was available. This is a great spot for a family and a couple who needs a getaway. :)

I was pleased to stumble upon this property and would undoubtedly stay here again. That said, as someone who does their due diligence when vacation planning, I’d like to provide as much information as possible in order to help those considering this property— PROS: • Communication— the property owner is very responsive. • LOCATION— this condominium is located two blocks from the OCNJ boardwalk and is surrounded by lots of great eateries and shopping. It also feels very safe. The place is well lit at night and the grounds are well kept. • Price— nice option for a small family of four or less looking to not break the bank. • Amenities— you have access to the condominium’s heated pool, you are provided two seasonal beach tags, there is a parking spot for free parking throughout your stay. The condo also has a stovetop, all of the utensils you could need, a small fridge, a toaster, a coffee maker, mugs, a crockpot, a hair dryer, iron, a broom, mop, etc. I’m sure I’m missing some things; those are just the ones I noticed and/or used. • Clean— the condo was very clean. The only dusty thing I noticed were the drawers in the armoire. CONS: • Wi-Fi— the signal is basically non-existent • Towels, linens and toilet paper are not provided • The keys don’t work on the deadbolt (not a dealbreaker; just stating) NEUTRAL NOTE FOR PARENTS W/ SMALL KIDS: giant knives and other gadgets are in the kitchen drawers. In all, we had a great weeklong stay and would recommend!

We absolutely loved this place. So clean and adorable! We had a great time being able to walk to the beach, restaurants and the boardwalk!! Can’t wait to go back.

The room was super clean which is always the first thing I look for. The location is great, and the complex is quiet and friendly! Having the pool there was a huge plus. We would stay here again!

Enjoyed the stay Very Clean well kept condo

This was my first time using a rental property website and because of this experience, I’d do it again! First off, the property itself is in such a prime location. A few blocks from the boardwalk/beach. Swimming pool, parking space, and a good sized deck at the complex. The condo itself was very clean and decorated beautifully. I had spent a few weeks searching high and low for a place to stay as my daughter and I were attending a concert in AC. Finding Bill’s condo was a godsend. Not only because of the location but because of Bill. He was so helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive to all of my questions. I’d highly recommend this condo for your next beach trip.

The communication from the host was timely and detailed. Great location, extremely clean, nicely decorated and quiet development.

The property is in a great location. We were close to the beach, boardwalk, shops and restaurants. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots, etc. It was clean and well maintained. 70 degrees and sunny in October made it perfect.

We had a great stay! The place is exactly as pictured. Clean, quiet, tiny little studio, but was all we needed for a fun week in OCNJ.

We were so happy with this rental! The efficiency-style condo was everything we needed for our stay. The unit was clean, decorated nicely, stocked with comfy blankets and pillows, and roomy for the two of us during our stay. The A/C worked great and the kitchen had everything needed to cook on the cooktop or microwave. The bathroom tiles on walls and floor were cleaner and a nicer style than you see in most hotels! It was a perfect location for a quick walk to either the boardwalk/beach or the shops on Asbury Avenue! The walk to the boards led us to Manco & Manco on the right and Shriver’s on the left! And you are only one street away from Ocean City Bicycle Center on 740 Atlantic Ave if you want to rent bikes. The building was quiet at night and we felt very safe in this location. The owner was very responsive with any questions we had, and was easy to contact. We will absolutely look to stay here again!

Renting from this property was great no hassle, I was satisfied with parking the cleanliness of the property. The beach is near by as well as Acme and the Seafood market. Just a great place to stay for a vacation. I will be staying again.

It was very quaint! The room was adorable! Communication was very good. The condo is close to everything. My son and i walked to the boardwalk and beach everyday. Never had to drive anywhere.

We enjoyed our stay. This place is a few short blocks to the beach and convenient to 9th street.

Perfect condo for our extended weekend getaway! Close to everything (we walked everywhere) and the on-site pool was great. Nice and quiet. We didn't hear any neighbors. Only improvement could be the mattress- it was very uncomfortable. Overall very happy and would stay again.

Great weekend in OC. Ideal location, close to everything. Only downside was having to bring towels, sheets and toilet paper but overall great time and unit was as advertised.

We were very pleased with the space. Communication with owner was great. It was small but there was only a need for us to shower and sleep since the weather during our Sept 10-12 stay was perfect. Nice having our own parking spot and the option to use the pool. Clean and NOT smelly like rentals tend to be. A hose to rinse off sand was available. Our only minor complaint was that the air conditioning unit was extremely loud. We didn't sleep well at all. Tried to use only the ceiling fan to move air but that was very loud too and then it got warm in the room. Whelp, we just slept on the beach. Thank you for providing a wonderful get away!

First, I needed to know what we needed to bring with us on the trip for the rental. It took a few times to get the info. My understanding was that there was a twin bed but it turned out to be a very uncomfortable sofa couch. Otherwise all was in order and clean.

My young family of 4 enjoyed a wonderful 4 day vacation in this perfectly located condo. The owner is fantastic. It was exactly the experience we were hoping for. 5 stars across the board!
