View from windows, good location, possibility to use a pool in main hotel building about 1 km away from apartment

Nothing here was actually above average

Check-in process was the worst we have ever encountered, we had to drive to a separate location to do so. We then had to collect our own towels and linen before driving back again, and even then had to call again to find out where our apartment was located (and we weren’t then only ones lost). The apartment itself was not very clean, in particular the bed mattress covers had some VERY dubious stains on them. Although this was meant to be a non smoking room, there were ashtrays on the balcony for each apartment and there was a stench of smoking around. Despite instructions such as leaving the dishwasher empty, we found it full. And the instructions for having to clean the apartment ourselves meant that we left it considerably cleaner than when we arrived. Finally, on leaving we had to wrap up and return, to the separate location, all our bed linen and towels. And all this is NOT at a low cost stay. So in summary it was a poor stay with abysmal customer services at a premium price.

it was a really perfect location and apartment layout for our family. it was clean and mostly stocked with what we needed.

the shower was kind of broken, the extraction fan over the stove didn’t work, and you had to check in and out at a different location.

Accomodation ok

We weren't told in advance that we had to pay for and collect bedding. We weren't told that we'd have to pick up keys from a hotel half a mile away.

The kitchen was very well equipped, the apartment was spacious and the view from the bedrooms was amazing. Check-in was easy and the staff was helpful.

The apartment wasn't the cleanest or had the best smell before we aired it out. Furniture is outdated and the whole building looks a bit run down. It should be stated clearly when making the booking that bedsheets and cleaning are not included.
