I have been vacationing in P TOWN for decades and this one one of the most quaintest and comfortable rentals I have ever vacationed at ! Roomy inviting and SO perfect for the dogs LOVE the layout with the living room upstairs as well AAA PLUS

Adorably quaint rental. Looked just like the photos. Great outside patio & deck areas. Large kitchen & dinning room and the bedrooms each had sinks/mirrors which was very convenient. Property is on Commercial but just enough away from the chaos to make it extremely peaceful to retreat to once you've been out for the day/evening. Stan who manages the property is the NICEST guy. A pleasure to have as your contact throughout your stay.

Secluded property with extensive landscaping and layered privacy across three outside spaces: large patio with pergola and grill, small balcony and a deck looking to Commercial street with some seating. Parking onsite for a small SUV was also very convenient, note that a large SUV may not fit under the mature trees. Well maintained interior space; kitchen had mostly new appliances and full-size front load laundry. Half bath on first floor was also very convenient. Main living space upstairs was bright with skylights and featured a fireplace and many board games to pass time. Bedrooms were split across the hall for from each other, both had a sink and counter area and spacious closet/ clothes storage areas. Look forward to staying here again!

I've come to Ptown almost every summer since 1987, and this is the best place I've ever rented. I'd be happy to trade my coop in NYC for this place!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place is clean and the beds were very comfortable. Every place should invest in a topper. We especially loved the patio in the morning for coffee. Stan was incredibly helpful . I can't wait to return. Thank you!

From the moment we arrived we were graciously welcomed with open arms. Stan was a wonderful host. The accommodations were like a home away from home. The surrounding gardens make this location pleasant, peaceful and completely insulated from the noise of Commercial St. We have definitely found our new favorite Ptown lodgings.

Nearly perfect. Being a clean freak, I always could have things more spotless. That being said, the space, location, and experience was fantastic. I'd recommend the space to everyone.

This is our third year staying at this home for a week. Every time the house has been immaculate when we arrive. It's also spacious, very well maintained and in a perfect East End location, just minutes walking to the heart of downtown. The house is situated back from Commericial Street so you don't hear a sound from anyone who may be passing by. It also offers a splendid, spacious outdoor garden for drinks, as well as two upstairs balconies for enjoying a cup of joe in the morning sunshine!

This place is great, we’ll located and with excellent outdoor space. Right on Commercial Street but at a quiet remove. Owners/managers are responsive.Mattresses are soft. keep that in mind if that’s not your thing or if you have back issues.I’d definitely stay here again , it’s a special spot in a special town.

Great place, great location and great trip.

This property is very well-located, a short bit down a residential gravel road off of Commercial Street, with easy access to the busyness of the town center but also in quiet setting. The unit is two floors with two small bedrooms upstairs, each of which have a sink and good storage space. Also upstairs is a well-lit and spacious bathroom (with in-tub shower) and a nice-sized living room area. The beds are comfortable (a little on the soft side). The pillows and linens could use an upgrade (we prefer cotton sheets over polyester). We loved the balconies off the upstairs rooms as well as the outdoor patio, all of which look out on a colorful, cottage-style garden. The downstairs comprises a dining area with french doors out to the patio and a decent-sized galley style kitchen. I like to cook and found that the kitchen had all the necessary tools though some of the pots/pans are too worn (good knives though! and the applicances are in good shape). AC works beautifully. Stan the agent was very responsive and helpful, as was the cleaning service. All in all an excellent place for a Provincetown quarantine stay.

This property is absolutely a great choice to rent. The location is perfect, right on Commercial Street, but down a walkway that makes for an absolutely quiet stay. The house is clean as a whistle, well-outfitted, and everything is in perfect working order. The patio is spacious and a great way to wind down the day with a cocktail or start the day with a cup of coffee. It's also spacious enough for two couples without crawling all over one another!

We had such a lovely time in Ptown with this home as our base. It was great for our dog as well... lots of places right outside our door to walk to. It is a well equipped home, right in the middle of it all, yet surrounded by peaceful gardens. Stan was very accommodating to our family. We would LOVE to return!

We had a great stay! The condo is close to the center of town, and very close to great restaurants and art galleries, but because it is located back off the street and surrounded by gardens, there is a feeling of privacy. We enjoyed the easy private access to the beach. The condo had a nice kitchen and dining area to accommodate guests for a home cooked meal. The living room and bedrooms are comfortable and nice for relaxing away from it all. The patio off the dining room was a pleasant area to enjoy drinks or lunch and is ideal for escaping the heat and catching a break from the sun. The condo was Pet friendly and our dog enjoyed nosing around the outside garden. Stan, the property manager was very pleasant and accommodating. We would love to stay in this unit again.

The classic home sits on a quaint lane, one of two townhome style units. The East End locale is just off Commercial Street, a quick walk to Town Hall. The outdoor pergola is a perfect and peaceful place to relax and enjoy the lush surroundings. Basically furnished with modern amenities, lean on cook and bakeware for those that are cooking enthusiasts. The property is well cared for inside and out with a Property Manager, Stan, that conscientiously and enthusiastically wants to ensure your complete satisfaction. A perfect pet friendly stay.

Dappled shade with blooming flowers and foliage on the outside, warm and cozy on the inside. A wonderful, quiet retreat in the city, not far to walk to great restaurants or stay in and cook your own gourmet meal right from the sea. Owner is very accommodating and the neighbors are wonderful. With or without a car, the included parking spot is a gem sought after. I appreciated the 1 full bathroom on the second level and the half bath on the main level. A fireplace is nice on chilly nights, or sit outside for the warm starry nights. Come and stay and make your own memories in this garden tranquility retreat in the city.

Second time staying here and could not be more pleased. Private and quiet with everything necessary for a comfortable week.

Being in Provincetown is always a joy, but as a writer married to a writer, with events scheduled most of the week, a quiet retreat like this was a joy. Stan was very kind and considerate, making sure we had all we needed. It’s a lovely home.

We spent a week in August at this great 2-bedroom rental property in the heart of the east end. The setup is very comfortable with a large-ish dining room, kitchen and half bath on the first floor and living space, bedrooms and full bath on the the second. In addition to the interior, there is a patio area with a lovely garden and 2 small balconies (one off the living room and the other, larger one, accessed via a bedroom. The unit is dog friendly and provides deeded access to the harbor beach. The unit is very easy to get to by car since it is on the less congested east end. The manager, Stan, was very welcoming and helpful and provided immediate answers to any questions we had. The kitchen was large and well-stocked with equipment for us to prepare full dinners and to entertain both dinner and sleep over guests. The appliances all seemed on the newer side and operated easily. The outdoor shower took some time to get warm water but was large and spacious. The first floor's second bathroom was very welcome with additional guests. There was plenty of closet and storage space for clothes and beach supplies. Each bedroom also had it's own sink and reduced bathroom traffic (as did the half bath) and plenty of additional linens. The full-size beds were comfortable (and fit the room dimensions) they might be limiting for larger folks. The upstairs living room was very comfortable and comes with both a flat screen TV and stereo, although we used neither. Overall, we were very happy with the rental and look forward to staying there in the future!

Perfect location - quiet - comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. You are right in the center of all activity but you felt like you were staying in a quiet secluded street. We had everything we needed. Thanks so much.

Everything included! Not one need unmet!

We stayed here in June 2017 and will be back as soon as we can. The condo is more spacious than it appears in the photos. It's clean, quiet, and has everything needed for an enjoyable Ptown experience. We were met by Stan, the property manager who was lovely and helpful. The location is good, as it's quiet but very walkable to several good restaurants, bars, markets, and a coffee shop. The best feature was the patio which is shaded by mature trees and has several comfortable Adirondack chairs. Beach access is across the street and down a narrow alley past the entrance to a restaurant kitchen, which took some getting used to. But it's very convenient and the beach was quiet and dog friendly. Overall, a great place to stay!

The property looks exactly like the posted pictures. Everything was in perfect order: kitchen well equipped, bedrooms comfortable, reception areas cozy. Far enough east on Commercial to be quiet, but an easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Perhaps the best thing for us is that the condo set back from the street and surrounded by a lovely informal garden.
