The interior of the apartment is very modern and clean with excellent wi-fi and it’s in a quiet spot. You can watch Netflix on the TV when you want to relax but why would you when the Old Town is a very short walk away across the bridge. Mate was an excellent host who met us there and carried our cases up the stairs for us. He also had a bottle of wine and some chocolates for us which was wonderful.

Old Town location without old town prices.as its just over the bridge Friendly greeting by host even though our flight delayed and didn't get there till late. If you're a fan of big tvs the one in the bedroom is gonna knock you out!

Excellent service from our host, Mate. The apartment was in excellent condition and within walking distance to the old town in Zadar. There is ample free parking spaces around as well if you arrive by car. Mate was very helpful, waited for us to arrive to hand over the keys and the apartment itself is fully furnished to a very high standard and was without doubt one of the best we have stayed in. Highly recommended for anyone planning to stay in Zadar.

This apartment is very well located for the old town, literally 2 mins walk to the Riverside and Bridge. It's on the 4th floor, with good views over Zadar rooftops with a drying area on the roof if you wash anything. It's well kitted out and warm with a good shower and enough kitchen items to have breakfast and a simple meal. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and chocolates. We parked free at the door of the block and met who Mate carried our cases up which was great and showed us around. It's very clean and tidy with Mate on the end of the phone for anything you need. We slept well as it's very quiet.There's Netflix for relaxing with when you get in. You'll enjoy this little place and the only issue may be the stairs which caused us no problem but be aware there is no lift. We'd book again.

Perfect location to old town Zadar, only 10 minute walk. Our host arranged taxi for us and let us leave our luggage in a safe place on departure day. The cleaning lady was very kind. The apartment had everything we needed… even Netflix!

Great apartment ! Kitted out well with 2 huge TVs. Very modern and near the old town.

Please note the outside of the building is the opposite to the inside. It is an ex council flat building and you may get quite a shock. That being said, I would imagine most of the rental apartments are the same in Zadar.

Wonderful apartment, extremely neat and clean with all facilities. All little things are very well thought through and made available in the apartment. The host was lovely and greeted us with a bottle of wine and chocolates, and gave us a good guide to the apartment and local area. Location is brilliant, just a couple of min to town.

There was no water supply in the apartment on the morning of our check-out, due to plumbing work in the block which made it extremely difficult with freshening up and getting ready for 10am checkout especially as we were heading to the airport for our return flight and had a long day ahead.

Everything was great!!! We really loved to stay there, the apartment is very comfortable and well equipped, looks exactly like the photos and there was also a wine, chocolates and coffee waiting for us. The location is pretty good, we did everything by foot. The bed is very big and comfortable, we wish we could have slept more :D The communication with the host was very easy and answers were always fast. Thank you very much!!

The shower is something that could be replaced. The water pressure is very weak and in the second day for some reason it wasn’t possible for my boyfriend to take a warm shower.. the heater kept loading and loading… Another suggestion is also to have a small portion of product to wash the clothes, since there is a washing machine. It worked perfectly but we needed to buy a package of product to use only once.

The host is nice, gave us a free bottle of red and a box of chocolate.

Be warned there's nowhere in the ad saying that the apartment is situated on 4/F without any lifts. It's located next to the port and it's a refurbished council flat. The shower head holder bar pole in the bathroom isn't secured, i.e. you can't place the shower head on it properly. You can open the window but be warned of mosquitoes.

we enjoyed our stay in Zadar, the appartement is well equipped and provides everything you need. The bed is confortable. you have a small kitchen to prepare the breakfast or anything you want. we arrived late due to the delay of our plane, the host waited us and provided the tips to visit Zadar. the check out is very convenient. The appartement is at 4th floor without elevator, but it didn’t bother us.

The location is very good, near the center and the host very friendly, she even bought for us some sweets and wine. The parking spot is decent, ok even for a medium suv. So, if you are not coming by a van or something you should be fine.
