The property is clean and it is a great location for beach access!
The listing is very accurate. As they specified, there are no extra toiletries or kitchen items. Be prepared to go to the store to get all of the items you need.
Also, during our stay, the upstairs neighbors liked to run around early in the morning. There's nothing that can be done about that other than to be aware that if children are staying upstairs, you will hear them.

Great place for a family vacation. Condo was very comfortable with plenty of room for our 4 adults and 1 child. Loved being waking distance to the beach and also having an outdoor pool. Close to Corpus Christi with all its attractions.

The place was clean, staff was so nice, overall I'd recommend this place it was very comfortable and the proximity to the beach can't be beat. The only complaint I have is that the house smelled musty, like mildew. I'm not used to humid weather, so maybe that comes with the territory, but that was the only thing we noticed right off the bat.

The location and property itself was perfect! Clean and first floor access. Close to everything you could possibly need. Check in a breeze and hassle free. The one downside, which is no fault of the owner of the unit, is occupants right above the unit. There was a larger group above us and very heavy footed.
If you’re a pizza lover, Brooklyn Pie Co is right around the corner!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo near the Whitecap Beach. The location was perfect...walking distance to the beach and driving distance to a lot of restaurants, shopping, and fishing.The condo was layed out very well and accommodated 4 adults. The only thing lacking was the number of towel bars in the bathrooms. One bath towel and one washcloth was alloted to each person but there is only one towel bar and no bar in the shower to hang them to dry. I would suggest additional towel/washcloth bars or provide more linens.We flew in and managed to pack two beach towels but being so close to the beach, it would have been nice to have a chair and/or towels for the pool and beach.The pool was very dirty the entire time we were there and seagulls are always in the pool. Very unsanity.I would recommend this condo but they need to upgrade the amenities.

This property was really a blessing, it was very close to the beach, and very close to several really good restaurants and stores… beds were comfortable and the layout was excellent… it was on the ground floor so no stair climbing needed! Would definitely stay again!

We loved the property and the location. It is a very short walk to the beach. The place came with lots of amenities that we enjoyed. It was very clean when we got there and we loved that we were able to check in earlier.

We arrived at early at 1:30 so I called to check and see if our room might be ready. I was told it wasn’t and they would text us when available. We sat in front of our unit until 3:19 when they finally texted us checkin information. No one went in and out the unit and it was already cleaned and could have been available to us. Don’t lie and say you will text people if the unit is ready early if you aren’t going to. This was my only major problem but I may not come back because of it. One of the owners was on site and even said he saw them cleaning our room early that morning.

This condo was a fabulous place to stay. So close to the beach and the fact that we didn’t face the carry out stuff any stairs was a major plus! The beds are comfy! The kitchen isn’t small at all & had everything you could need. I will definitely be renting this place again!

When we got there, we were very excited that it was a clean and had plenty of room for my family. One night, the fire alarms started beeping at 3 am every 5 minutes, and then went off for almost an hour. I called maintenance for an emergency, they said someone was on their way, and no one came. Meanwhile, I'm out sitting with my 3 kids (including my autistic child) waiting for someone to clear the alarms. After an hour and a siting of a wild animal, I called the fire dept to make sure the air was clear and reset the alarms. Maintenance guy showed up sometime the next day and no one called to make up for this awful incident. We will never stay here again.

We have stayed in this rental twice. First time it was brand new, this time it looked exactly the same. This property is our go to when coming to the beach. A short walk to the beach, nice pool and the location is prime.

Great Property!
We loved the location of this VRBO! Perfect size for our family of 5. We loved that the property is on the ground level, close to pool, path and to the outside seating/ grill area. Only negative is that the pool WAS NOT Heated. One of the main reasons we chose this property was b/c of the heated pool- so a HUGE disappointment that our kids did not get to enjoy that part of our stay.

We rented this condo for a month. It's in a great location and a nice complex with a pool and barbecue area. This unit was a little spartan - no TV in the bedroom, no dressers for clothes in either bedroom, few serving dishes. IF you really had 8 people for a long stay I would look for a nicer unit. It was fine for the two of us with occasional visits from family. The long tern rate in the fall was a definite plus. Padre Escapes is great and fixed our minor maintenance issues right away.

-This place was filthy. The floors and showers hadn't been cleaned. I purchased a Swiffer and used an entire package of pads. The kitchen area alone came up black and muddy. The dishes had smudges on them. The drawers were filthy. There were crumbs in the silverware tray. We ended up spending our first night deep cleaning the entire condo.
-The kitchen was terribly equipped and disorganized. And filthy. Get a new set of pots and pans. Also, no room to put groceries.
