The room was gorgeous, felt almost palatial. The bed was very comfortable and the amenities were great. Location also very good for beach and town.
Unfortunately it wasn’t as clean as we would have liked - we even saw two cockroaches in the evening.

La decoració de l'habitació, els detalls...
Hi ha una banyera (no d'hidromassatge com posava a la reserva) que ocupa molt lloc i, en canvi, no hi ha ni taula ni una cadira on poder seure...
No sabem si de la banyera o de la dutxa, que està al altre costat del llit, sortia pudor (encara que hi vam tirar aigua). Entra molta llum per la finestra tota la nit. La finestra està molt alta donant sensació de "soterrani" tot i que el sostre sigui molt alt.
La ubicació no és gaire bona.
Tampoc hi havia bullidor (tot i que també ho posava a la reserva)

De obicei nu las recenzii, nici negative nici pozitive, dar de data aceasta m-a impresionat onestitatea și devotamentul de care a dat dovadă personalul! Felicitări! am umblat mult prin această țară, poate la locații chiar mai luxoase, dar n-am intâlnit loc mai primitor..
Nu am reușit sa ne bucurăm prea mult de facilitățile puse la dispozitie ( spațiul wellness) din cauza lipsei de timp, dar cu siguranță pe viitor vom mai veni. Ar mai fi multe lucruri pozitive de spus !!!
O recomandare pentru apartamentul in care am stat noi, ar fi mers un tv și in living

Nu au jaluzele la ferestrele de mansardă. Dopul de la cadă se desface dacă apeși pe el.

The hotel is in a nice area and not far to walk to station or old town checking in was easy and electronic security.
We stayed in the queen spa room situated in the courtyard. The room was very nice indeed finished to a high standard, nice touch free bottle of fizz and free coffee and water. The room very clean and well presented with a well stocked mini bar and toiletries.
We had the queen room situated in the courtyard with the spa bath sadly the soundproofing is not up to standard as stated in room info.
The TV’s in the rooms should have a volume limitation on them, as I could hear nextdoor TV not pleasant at 0300hrs when they want to listen to retro music. ( ps I did have to knock on their door)
The courtyard if a nice area but does require more chairs and tables as two chair and one table no efficient for all guests.
Bedside lights in our room had no bulbs

The place is picture perfect. Has a private sauna, very cosy and romantic. Room is huge. Some hotels have a mini bar, this room had a proper bar. Just amazing. Free champagne on arrival is a nice touch. There are lockers downstairs to leave your luggage at checkout. Staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Speak great English.
Stayed at the loft. Access to the apartment could be challenging for some as there is no lift and quite steep stairs. Finding the light switches could be a fun scavenger hunt for kids. The furniture is very stylish but shows signs of wear and tear. The locks can be a bit tricky to operate

Nice antique style furniture with a very high ceiling and chandelier. Large bathtub in the spacious room, big comfortable bed. Well stocked mini bar and fridge. Heaps of toiletries. Friendly and helpful staff, even got a late check out.
It’s a fairly long way to walk to the old town and shops

I liked the room for the facilities , they were as described.
I liked the room for the facilities, sauna and bathtub but I didn't use them because I sprained my leg at the entrance. It would be nice if the accommodation would announce that the threshold at the entrance to the room is higher than the level of the room itself.

Place is AMAZING! I have traveled a lot, but such nice place is very rare! Unique design, very clean, so comfortable to feel like at home. Sauna works perfectly. Everything is so close. And brilliant Customer Service! even 10 is to low! Definitely we will come back!
