We have just returned from a 10 night stay. Villa was beautiful and has everything you need to enjoy your holiday, great size pool and pool regularly cleaned. Location perfect for us with a selection of restaurants, pharmacy and mini supermarket a five minute walk away, larger supermarket a short drive.Great communication with host who recommended a excellent airport transfer service and we was met at the property on arrival by a lovely lady who showed us how to use everything in the villa and to give us the keys.We will definitely be returning.

Lovely property with nice powerful showers. Air con built in to the household vents. My extended family enoyed the villa with no issues. Theres nearby restaurants all within minutes walk and a huge Sunday market 20 minute walk away.
I do not agree with 50 euros key drop off and pick up, very expensive in my opinion. Villa is fully equipped as described in the amenities.
Overall I recommend this villa for families looking for a relaxing holiday.

Fantastic house with all modern cons. The pool was amazing and well used. Showers were great. Air con helpful in the heat.
On arrival the ‘property management company’ were very late and took 50 euros cash for a ‘service’. This is in the description but the service wasn’t great as they were late which took time away from our holiday. Full and up to date contact details and phone numbers for the property management company should be provided before arrival. The details I received, the email address wasn’t answered regularly and there was no contact number. Not fun when it’s 35 + degrees outside and you have unhappy kids and a pensioner with you, while trying to get further details from the owners.
Other than that it’s a great home and perfect if you just want to chill in the pool and have a lazy holiday.

Great villa in quiet area just outside of Quesada but within easy reach of all amenities and beach. Very clean and nice villa as described, we really enjoyed staying here.

Zeer mooie moderne villa
Zeer mooie en propere vakantiehuis met alle nodige voorzieningen . Goede ontvangst bij aankomst , een uur op voorhand verwittigen . De eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk en zeer reaction. Een aanrader voor gezin met kinderen .

Lovely villa no instructions
The villa overall was lovely. It was clean and tidy with good quality furnishings.
We were met by Nathalie who, although very nice, hardly spoke any English and it was very difficult to communicate with her or to ask any questions. We had to pay her 50 euros for a welcome and 120 euros cleaning!!! It seemed an awful lot to pay 50euros for a ‘welcome’ that really was just giving us the keys. On that note, there was only one set of keys which was extremely inconvenient with 4 adults staying in the house.
Another review mentions the house smelling of stale smoke which it did on our arrival, however, this soon disappeared when we had been there a few days.
The kitchen isn’t very well equipped for self catering but had the basics, definitely not enough cutlery or pots.
There were no instructions for what to do with the rubbish or for check out procedures. There was no hot water initially as the boiler in the outside utility area wasn’t even turned on and we had to figure out ourselves what the problem was and how to rectify it.
The area that the villa is in is really quiet and the local restaurants and bars are fantastic.
Overall a good stay.

Not a complaint, but as the post codes in Spain cover large areas, it would have been helpful if Guy could provide a note giving the exact route to drive to his villa from Alicante

Schöne moderne Villa
Unser Aufenthalt war von 11.Dezember bis 8. Januar 2022.
Dieses Haus bietet fast Alles was man braucht.
Eine schnell funktionierende Heizung. Die für uns sehr wichtig war, da die Nächte teils sehr kalt sind.
Die Sonne kam morgens gegen 9:00 Uhr, bis ca.16.30 Uhr. Der Pool ist allerdings um diese Jahreszeit immer im Schatten. Aber wer will im Dezember schon in den Pool. Der Essplatz und die am Haus anschließende Terrasse lagen immer in der Sonne. Die Matratzen waren sehr gut, ebenso die Bäder, die Küche, die Schlafzimmer, usw. Das Kabelfernsehen umfasste alle deutschen Programme. Leider ruckelte das Bild manchmal in der letzten Woche. Warum? Lediglich die örtliche VerwalterIn hatte mit der Uhrzeit zu kämpfen. Beim Checkin 20 Minuten zu spät, bei der Abreise dann eine Stunde.

Entrada "accidentada"
La persona encargada de hacer la recepción, no muestra mucho interés, ya que nos tuvo 20 min dando vueltas por la urbanización; no habla bien castellano, por lo que la comunicación fue complicada.
Nos encontramos varias cosas de la vivienda no muy limpias.
Tras ponernos en contacto con el dueño, nos propuso no pagar el dinero de la limpieza y la recepción, ¡faltaría más!
Quitando esos incidentes, la villa está muy bien. Está ubicada en una urbanización cerca de Guardamar. Hay cerca supermercado e incluso una farmacia. La playa está muy cerca pero necesitas coche.
La piscina es genial y el agua está muy limpia.
La casa por dentro está bastante nueva y equipada con menaje y toallas.

IDEAL PARA RELAJARSE
La zona es muy tranquila, aunque hace bastante aire. A la piscina le da bastante sombra y hay bastantes mosquitos, pero es de tamaño ideal para relajarse.
Instalaciones de la casa buenas. Totalmente equipada.
SmartTV, barbacoa, Tumbonas… incluso nos dejaron colchonetas y varios hinchables para la piscina.
Tiene alarma, lo q hace q tenga tres cámaras, eso no me gusto, puesto q no sabes si esta viéndote alguien …. Una en el comedor, otra en zona piscina y la otra en la habitación ppal .
Estancia recomendable.

Genial!
He estado alojada dos semanas en agosto de 2020 con mi marido y mis dos hijas y hemos pasado unas vacaciones estupendas. La casa no tiene ninguna pega. Todo esta muy nuevo y en perfecto estado. Las camas fenomenales, muchos armarios, tres baños en perfectas condiciones, el salón muy amplio con unos sofás nuevos, zona de comedor y televisión de última generación. La cocina totalmente equipada con todo tipo de menaje y electrodomésticos nuevos y en perfecto estado.
La parte de la piscina estupenda con zona de mesa y sillas para los desayunos y las cenas, zona de hamacas para tomar el sol todo el día y con toldos para poder estar a la sombra y una gran piscina donde hemos disfrutado mucho.
Totalmente recomendable para pasar un periodo de descanso.
La casa esta situada en una urbanización muy tranquila, con supermercados a cinco minutos en coche y muy cerca de Guardamar pueblo y Torrevieja.

WINTER IN THE SUN
This is a modern style property, perfectly sited on the urbanisation to get maximum benefit from the sun all day, this was the key factor in our choice of accommodation and we were fortunate to stay during one of the warmest Februarys on record.
However, disappointed that advertised as having T.V. it was not tuned to a British signal, when the owner knew we were British rentals, also the keyholders on site lacked the knowledge to alter it.
The property smelt of cigarette smoke, being non smokers this was unsettling, having said that it may well be a different issue altogether which may need deeper investigation to identify the cause of the smell. The smell was more unsettling than upsetting.
The beds were great !!! as were the sunbeds !!!
Would I stay again - probably not.

Guardamar del Segura
Villa oli erittäin hyvin varusteltu, pyyhkeitä ja lakanoita oli riittämiin. Huvila oli todella siisti ja kaappitilaa oli runsaasti. Keittiöstä löytyi lähestulkoon kaikki mitä tarvitsi, paitsi uuni ei ilmeisesti ollut kytketty sähköihin. Mutta grilimikro pelasti tilanteen. Alakerran makuuhuoneeseen oli sattunut vesivahinko jonka johdosta yläkerran yksi suihku oli pois käytöstä ja makuuhuoneessa hometta seinässä. Oletettavasti hoitavat asian kuntoon kun puhuimme asiasta omistajan kanssa. Suosittelen paikkaa!

Beautiful recent (modern) villa - Super!
We just had a marvelous holiday in Spain. The villa was excellent, met all our requirements and more. Contact with owner and a local contact person was perfect. The environment is quiet but with a car you are close to a lot of animated places and beaches. We would really recommend this to anyone. The house, the pool, all is well taken care of, clean and neat. Really enjoyed our stay with kids.

Fantastic modern villa - a great place to stay.
Wonderful modern spacious villa, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Things we really liked about the villa were the private pool and very modern spacious outside area, great sized bedrooms each with their own bathrooms, electric gates to the property giving a great sense of privacy and security, air conditioning throughout property, villa is situated within a very short stroll of local bars and restaurants. El Raso urbanziation is very friendly, relaxed and has good access to beaches, waterparks, Torrevieja, Guadamar etc. Great communication from owner who was very helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
