The little brown house
Recentemente rinnovato e pronto per i nostri ospiti! Situato di fronte al caffè di Slim (colazione, pranzo, cena, pasticceria!). Vicino alla pista motoslitta / ATV. Alle porte della penisola di Keweenaw. Questa piccola e affascinante casa è perfetta per le tue vacanze nella splendida Copper Country. A breve distanza in auto dal Monte Boemia e dal porto di rame. Accogliente e confortevole, questa piccola casa ha tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno per goderti il tuo soggiorno a Keweenaw. Sia che esploriate la penisola o che vi rilassiate in questa "casa lontano da casa". (Abbiamo una firepit nel cortile per quelle serate rilassanti.) TV satellitare sia in camera da letto che in soggiorno. Asciugamani e biancheria da letto freschi. Tutto il necessario per rendere il tuo soggiorno indimenticabile.

This property is not fancy but it is clean and very relaxing. Two great places to eat just a few steps away. We really enjoyed our stay!

Stayed at the LBH on the way to Copper Harbor and Isle Royal.
The LBH is comfortable, cozy and very nice! Everything thing we needed with two great restaurants across the street and road.
Bette is a GREAT hostess! Helpful with quick responses!

The stay was amazing the house was very nice and had everything we needed. Lots of snow but the owner made sure to have someone come by and plow. Overall had a great experience, will be renting again!

We had a nice stay. It was warm and comfy with good eatery’s within a short walking distance. Enjoyed the Finnish Festival and Swedetown winter sports plex. Glacia had a great atmosphere and salads. Look forward to another visit soon.

This property was very centrally located in the Keweenaw peninsula. The home actually was even nicer than the pictures showed. The host was very responsive. We really enjoyed our fall leaf peeping experience 🍁

The Little Brown House was very homey - we felt like guests in someone's house - very inviting and comfortable. It was nice to be able to spread out into all the usual spaces of a house - living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. It is a perfect location for visiting everything on the Keweenaw peninsula.

Good stay. House was just what we needed for our overnight pass through. Very Clean. Comfortable bed. Outlets could use upgrading but other than that, no concerns. I have nothing negative at all to say about this property.
* if your stay takes you to Monday morning, Slims Restaurant across the road is closed, so don’t count on that for breakfast or lunch.

Travelling in the Keweenaw to visit relatives and this little bungalow was perfect as "home base". Breakfast place across the street (Slim's) and restaurant/bar next door for dinner and drinks was convenient. Place was clean and updated and ready for us when we arrived. Host was easy to communicate with and responsive when we had a question. Centrally located, so scenic drives were just minutes away, as well as being close to towns for grocery and gas. Highly recommend this unit.

A cozy home situated in the upper reaches of the Upper Peninsula provided us with creature comforts and easy access to area natural attractions. Tastefully decorated, we were appreciative of the little touches. Our stay was made more pleasant by our accommodations.

Super clean small house. Lots of towels and bedding available. Pretty well stocked kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, microwave.

It just felt like we were coming "home" to our own little cottage! Perfect for us! Felt like someplace we'd like to have friends come over and just hang out. They even had a little christmas tree put up for us and lit when we got there.

We used this as a central spot to visit all around. We felt safe and had our privacy. Ate at Galacia, Slim's Cafe and The Hut. All good!

We had a great experience renting this Little Brown House. It was truly a great place, so clean and comfortable. It was a great spot and not far from many wonderful points of interest we visited in the UP. The owners were great!!
