What more can I add to what was already stated here?
Super communicative and accommodating hosts and a clean, beautifully equipped apartment. Can't think of a better location: right in the old town, but with a balcony right over the sea and a stunning view. We were two dads and two 18-year old daughters, stayed for 8 nights, had an amazing time and found the place to be comfortable and well-suited for our size group. A/C on each floor made coming back to the house enjoyable during this week of high heat and humidity. Highly, highly recommended.

The location so close to everything, the splendid balcony overlooking the sea and such stylish decor. Bathrobes were a nice touch as well as a great supply of towels, toilet rolls and excellent kitchen utensils. Our host was very friendly and exceptionally helpful, in particular when arranging our taxi back to the airport.

We had a wonderful stay here. The building is in an amazing location next to so many things all by walking distance. We were traveling with a baby and our host made sure to have a cot set up for us and even a high chair. Very comfortable and clean stay. The host provided many great restaurant recommendations as well. And the views from the balcony are hard to beat

This apartment had everything you would need and the hosts were so helpful and friendly. A wonderful surprise of beers, wines, waters etc in the fridge on arrival and delicious olive oil on departure made our stay feel so homely.
Apartment is right in the old town and perfect for walking everywhere. The restaurant recommendations were all superb.
We had an amazing stay in this apartment and would recommend it without any hesitation.

My partner and I stayed at Orjeta and Mauricio’s home for four days, and to say our time in the apartment and Rovinj exceeded our expectations may be an understatement. Our focus in renting was the view of the sea and location close to everything in Old Town, and the apartment delivered on both. The space itself is wonderful—clean, comfortable, and welcoming—and the kitchen had everything we needed to make ourselves breakfast and tea each day.
Orjeta was helpful with recommendations for where to get groceries, where to find the best bakery, and which restaurants to be sure to visit. She was not wrong with any of them! (DEFINITELY visit the restaurant across the street!) She also led us to free parking and helped us navigate getting our bags to the apartment.
Do not pass up the chance to stay in this fantastic place with wonderful hosts. You won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful, well stocked and modern apartment in the heart of the old city with lovely terrace overlooking the Harbour with sunset views.
Restaurants, supermarket, shops and wonderful bakery and the outdoor market are on your doorstep.
Glazed windows make it very quiet when needed. And there is quiet and very efficient air conditioning that can be adjusted for each part of the apartment.
Very good shower with plenty of clean towels.
Furnishings are tasteful and in very good condition.
WiFi worked very well.
Not for people who struggle with stairs.

Rovinj is a spectacular place to visit and staying at this property was the icing on the cake. To return to the comfort of the apartment and enjoy the incredible views after a day exploring the whole area, including the fabulous walks in the adjacent forest park, was just amazing.

Top Spot!
We totally agree that this place is amazing. Perfectly placed for sight seeing, with very clean and modern facilities.
The accommodation is split over three floors and three floors up from the street so you get your steps in! The large master bedroom is the top (3rd) floor and has a sloped ceiling, the bathroom is on the first floor with the kitchen, and the smaller 2nd bedroom is on the second floor with the lounge and doors to the incredible balcony.
We booked the apartment for just the two of us, it is well equipped, plenty of hot water and the air-con works well.
Rovinj itself is beautiful. A huge number of very good restaurants (Santa Croce opposite is faultless)
The owners have bikes you can hire and we cycled around the bay to the National Park which is beautiful and the wooded bar areas are a great spot for a beer when the weather is hot.
Boat trips are easy to book from the harbour too.
Book this apartment - you won’t be disappointed. ❤️

Great apartment in the heart of beautiful Rovinj! Very well set up, and beautiful views. Note there is no car access in Rovinj old town and lots of stairs to get in the apartment but this is an excellent option if you don’t mind that!

It has the PERFECT location and THE VIEWS, exactly like the pictures.
Everything was extremely clean and organized. The host welcome us in person and gave us great recommendations.

Absolutely great place to stay…the space and view from the balcony are amazing and the hosts are exceptionally wonderful. The location is quiet yet a short walk to restaurants and bars. Any questions we did have were answered very quickly and the overall stay was amazing. Cannot recommend this place enough!!!

Our hosts were incredibly giving and made sure everything works out. They helped with the check in/check out and even with luggage transports and parking options . The apartment was clean and comfortable, we felt like being home right away. Watching sunsets on this Terrace was our personal Highlight. Der Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung war einzigartig, der Blick vom Balkon und aus allen Fenstern ist gigantisch. Die Wohnung ist mit allem Komfort, den man während des Urlaubs benötigt, ausgestattet. The appartment is top notch in terms of standard and location and the view from the balcony is spectacular. It was surreal. It was recently renovated and it was done very well. The windows are brand new and sound proof, so the noise from bars and restaurants outside was no problem. The stairs was no problem for our 5 year old either. There was a AC in every floor and the units worked very well. The location is suberb, and the ambience surrounding the house was magic. Great place to stay! We will definitely come back! The host is really nice and helpful, and her english is very good. Thanks a lot Orjeta!!!

Thank you for a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment in Rovinj! The location is perfect - situated directly in the old town of the city! Three levels with a lot of stairs. Older people should keep that in mind. But everything is beautifully equipped, the view is amazing and we had a great time. Can definitely recommend staying there. Easy communication with the hosts. Luggage can be brought directly to the building which was really good and helpful (as usually you cannot go by car into the old town). Enjoy your time at this lovely place!

Fantastic location, perfectly clean, modern with stunning view. Hosts very helpful. Beds were amasing and we slept excellent! We were several times in Rovinj, but this place is by far the best we have seen. We will for sure come back again and enjoy the magic view.

Lovely stay in Rovinj!
Great location right in the city center and lovely apartment- very cozy and well furnished. Loved the sound of the waves and seagulls. The balcony is amazing! The communication was more than easy and Maurizio&Orjeta were very kind and helpful. We will definitely come back! (Not negative- but indeed there are a lot of steps)

Tolle Gastgeber, top Lage, super Ausstattung! Die Wohnung geht über 3 Etagen, ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hat mehrere Klimaanlagen, eine Waschmaschine und bequeme Betten. In der Küche ist an alles für den täglichen Gebrauch gedacht. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist traumhaft! Die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und äußerst hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

We totlly loved the apartment. Spacious, exceptionally clean, nicely decorated, really well equipped Friendly and really helpful hosts. Fanastic AC - effective and quiet, which for us is really important! it has a balcony with a very nice view, fantastic spot to have privacy, but to get the gist of the night life right at our feet ;) Fantastic!
There's no lift, so careful about the heavy luggage ;) Also, if you're not a fan of getting into the water from the rocks, you'll have to walk a bit to the beach. Still, yu're right in the middle of the old town, which just bears its consequences ;)
