深夜、早朝いつでも出入りが出来ること。夜の外出でも外出中に部屋の清掃をしておいてもらえるところ。

Adult only hotels are usually not considered appropriate place for tourists wanting to spend several nights. Mermaid hotel IS DEFINITELY A WONDERFUL PLACE TO STAY! The rooms are huge, with ALL COMFORT. Big and comfortable bed, sofa, table, TV, in-room microwave and kettle, fridge and freezer, free internet, air-con, and a big bathroom with a big bathtub. The owners are very kind, they even let me deposit my luggage there for the time I still had to spend on site after check-out the last day. Don't let you fool by the appearances, this hotel is a hidden treasure in Miura peninsula!

The service by the staff was excellent as they assisted with our traveling and locating transportation. They went out of there way to ensure we understood since we didn’t speak Japanese

The receptionist would always ask if I wanted the room cleaned while I went to the beach. Nothing feels better than coming back to fresh linens and towels. One train station away from the surf and sun.

The pictures online are not accurate. The room wasn't bad it's just the pictures online seemed updated while the room was a little retro. Kinda bummed that they didn't have room service on the TV.

The staff attended small requests and even offered to transfer us for free to a bigger room that become vacant.

the rooms are wide and the bathtub is really good

- they don’t give you the key you keep the door open till you give them back the number of the room they close it automatically I don’t feel safe nor comfortable that way - they weren’t any massage chair in the property - there was no food in the property while it is in a really isolated region where there is only a convenience store
