the room wasn’t ready when I arrive, had to wait til after 5pm. I miss a meeting due to room wasn’t ready

Location and staff (Sofia, Michelle, Diana). We were accommodated to check in early. Room was very nice with large fridge and a stove. Beds were very comfortable, surprisingly! Jack in the Box, Starbucks, Taco Bell and Dominoes Pizza are right outside the facility! Lots of eateries within couple blocks. Taco truck was outside for midnight meal (that was the best)!

The man who checked us in was super nice and the location seemed to be close to a lot.

We were told we could get our 2 rooms together and we were still separated

Didn't get the suite with the kitchen and made a reservation didn't get to get my room for an early check in restroom was dirty towels were dirty when used very uncomfortable stay.

The kitchenette was nice.
There were small roaches in our room.

some of the guest were loud. the heater in the room wasn’t working. but one of gentle man in the front office and maintenance guy they both were very accommodating n gave potable heater which help keep the room warm.

AREA AROUND THE FAUCETS COULD BE A LITTLE MORE CLEAN

There was literally very little Internet the entire six days I stayed there. It was very hard to do my work. I had to go to Starbucks.
