Very accommodating and friendly customer service and staff. Easy and safe entrance to the room.
No breakfast was available, the listing stated breakfast was included. The room was slightly outdated, but it was noted in the reviews, so it was to my expectations.

It was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Hair everywhere in the bathroom, stuff on the floor like they never vacuumed. It was gross not impressed at all

We was on the ground floor and we had patio sliding door to bring all things in to the rooms. Over it older hotel they have try keep it and looking nice.
Well carpet on the side wall need to be glued on.
The shower head need have water pressure down or different style show head my help with show.

The place has false advertising. The reason we booked this place is there was supposed to have a restaurant and bar. It is closed and up for sale. The front desk told us it was closed due to short staffing. NOT TRUE. THERE IS A SIGN OUT FRONT THAT SAYS THE RESTAURANT IS UP FOR LEASE. Drug deals going on in the back parking lot. We were suppose to be on the first floor, the lady put us on the second told us there were no more rooms available on 1st floor. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

Hotel was in close distance to Walmart and McDonald’s and diary queen
it’s a bit dated, smell of old smoke and just everything looks brown.

Very clean! Comfortable beds, restaurant on site, central location. Excellent value. Nice staff.
Near busy street but quiet. Older facility, however very well kept and exceptionally clean!

We really appreciated the helpfulness of the desk attendant who helped resolve an issue with our reservation...happily we were able to get a first floor room as requested. The room was large and looked out onto a garden area. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant....service was good. Our meals were not very creative, but were good value for the money (the hotel gives a 10% discount.

Location close to every thing we needed. Staff very nice. No free breakfast due to restaurant located in hotel building. Restaurant and staff were nice.
Bed way too soft. Toilet seat missing leg under seat so had to watch how you sat on it.

Front desk was ok.
The room was very cold and I had to use blankets from the other bed to keep warm. The room had an unusual smell to it as if it was a smoking room and then they tried to hide the odors with awful smelling deodorizers. The parking lot and sidewalks weren't plowed completely and parking was awkward. The tv selections were limited.

The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly & helpful.
The main reason for our stay was a quick stop to get some sleep, we just needed a good place to rest. We got in late & was up gone early morning. But that was far from what we got. The bed was broke!! It sloped to the night stand side. It was a restless night laying in bed trying not to roll out. Very uncomfortable & very disappointing.
