My husband and his brother lost their mom in December and we decided to do a family trip to their favorite beach from their childhood in lieu of a memorial service for her along with all of her grandkids. This house was PERFECT for our two families. It's nice and big for the adults and teenagers to have their own space. 2 masters made it easy for the couples to have plenty of space. The games in the garage were perfect for entertaining the teenagers (and adults) in the evening after our day outings. The kitchen table was perfect for family meals. And the BEST part of the whole house was watching the ocean from the back porch when it wasn't raining and the inside huge windows when it was. Even at night, it was fun to watch the fishing boat lights move from one end to the other.
The house was extremely clean, and the hosts were amazingly responsive with anything we needed before, during, and even after our visit.
THANK YOU for helping us to celebrate the life of our mom, mother-in-law, and grandma. We will forever be grateful to your home for giving us that space to say our final goodbyes and create new memories.

This house is absolutely beautiful. It was so relaxing to sit and watch the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked as we made many meals, including our Christmas meal here. The only issue we had was some difficulty with the TVs other than that I would give this house 10 stars.

We had a family gathering to celebrate an 80th birthday. The house was clean and very well supplied. All the pictures online were accurate and we all really enjoyed the house and its location. We'll for sure look to book again.

This is the third visit to your property for our group of friends. Your kitchen is well-stocked and perfect for groups who enjoy cooking and conversing together over a glass of wine. A gentle note that most of us, who are now officially in the “elder” category, would love to see the steps from the kitchen to the dining room highlighted slightly to avoid any stumbles. By the way, we have several recommendations for your list of places to visit. Earthworks Gallery in Yachats is a "must visit." Sharks Seafood Bar & Steamer Co. provides a superb seafood dinner. We also discovered wonderful coffee at White Rabbit Espresso, delicious gelato at Sorella, and we enjoyed browsing in Tu Tu Tu Kitchen Cottage in Newport. Another memorable visit to the Oregon Coast!

Such a beautiful home and very nicely appointed. Kitchen has top-of-the-line appliances and is very well equipped. Spacious rooms yet very cozy. Spectacular views, especially for enjoying sunsets. Great location--easy 7 minute walk to magnificent beach. Also easy 10 minute drive to downtown Newport with tons of great restaurants. Owner, Louise was always very responsive to any questions we had. Can’t go back next year!

Our family gathering was just wonderful at this panoramic paradise! There is plenty of room to spread out, the view is fabulous, the kitchen is very well equipped! We hiked to the beach and loved the wooded setting. Sunsets every night! And the privacy of separate baths for each bedroom made our stay so luxurious!

This was our first visit to the Oregon Coast and we couldn’t have asked for a better housing experience. This is a beautiful home with lots of space and incredible views. We even saw a few whales from the back deck!! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our family loved this home - from the spectacular ocean views to the wonderful floor plan with space for everyone! We highly recommend this home - we loved the short walk to a lovely beach, sitting on the deck and watching the ocean and spotting whales every day! So relaxing and restorative. Also very convenient to the Aquarium, lighthouses, tide pools, etc. So much to do!

We stayed at this AMAZING property for a week in late August 2023. They view is SPECTACULAR. We have stayed at many VRBO properties and this was by far the cleanest property we have ever stayed at. It is big so there is plenty of room for your family to spread out. I did quite a bit of cooking and the kitchen is very well stocked with every gadget and appliance you can think of (coffee makers, waffle iron, griddle, etc.). The owners are fantastic to work with -- super responsive and kind. I can't recommend this property enough. We definitely hope to stay there again.

The house is very comfortable and recently renovated. We loved the easy beach access and the view from the house. Newport area was fun. We rode our bikes, learned about the local fishing industry by chatting with the fisherman, and were impressed by the aquarium.

We have been renting ocean front properties at the Oregon coast every year for 30 years and this is by far the best property we have ever stayed at from several perspectives; the home and property are very well maintained, and the pictures don't lie. It is without a doubt the best stocked and furnished home we have ever rented, and it is obvious the owners take pride in providing a 5-star retreat. It is quick to hit the beach and the neighborhood is very quiet. On our way home we commented that we finally found the one place that we will go back to year after year. In fact, we are getting ready to re-book for 2024. Thank you for a wonderful week!

This property was amazing! Wonderful location with 2 options for easy beach access. Quiet neighborhood. The house has stunning views of the beach and ocean and is designed to maximize the enjoyment of the view. Plenary of bedrooms and restrooms, tons of eating and living space, a huge kitchen with everything you need. Fun games and activities for the kids in the garage were the icing on the cake. Highly recommended!

As a family of 10 this home was perfect with all the bedrooms and baths for a large group. Well kept home, clean and spacious. I highly recommend the home and the location. So peaceful, with a beachfront view. If we travel back to the Oregon coast, this will be my go to home when we visit!

We had an amazing time at the beach house with our old friends. We brought great wine and special glasses and enjoyed amazing views. The weather was not perfect but That did not deter us from walking on the beach, grilling and enjoying each other’s company. Local sights and seafood restaurants were a bonus. Dennis was so gracious to work with us as we changed our reservation to accommodate our needs. We would return again.

Five of us ladies have been friends over 20 years - we get together and stay at the coast every year. This is our favorite house we've ever stayed at. Plenty of space to stretch out, super comfy furniture and usable kitchen.
Puzzles, TV's, games, movies, - we didn't even make it out to the garage for the other fun games!
The view is amazing and the walk to the beach is great! Sitting on the deck in the sun - watching whales - they were soooo close - so perfect!
The only thing we all wish, is that check out was a little later (11 or noon would be great!) - but that doesn't change our 5 star rating and the fact we already booked for next year!! Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful home!

The home was very well appointed and designed to allow guests to simply sit and enjoy the view. We were able to watch a pod of whales feed off the shoreline directly in front of the house and the living space, both inside and out, was very comfortable. Wonderful hosts for this wonderful property!

This was the 2nd time staying at this home, and we plan on returning with my family consisting of teens thru age 80.....beautiful home with minimal stairs, two living rooms, large kitchen with double everything (2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, plenty of plates etc.), great location, spectacular ocean view. We will be back!

We do this every Christmas and the group felt this property was the best we've stayed at so far. The location is perfect, out of town but close enough to run and get things. The house us beautiful, a perfect layout and the best stocked with items that you need. We all said we want to come back.

This is a wonderful house for families. It’s incredibly well stocked and rooms are nicely appointed. But the stunner is that beautiful view. The pictures on VRBO are amazing of what is represented in the house, but I often find the pictures are better than reality ….. well in this case the reality is better than the pictures! The short hike down to the beach is worth it!

The home was extremely comfortable and the view was outstanding! Loved the two different sitting/lounging areas. Location and number of the bathrooms adjacent to bedrooms was also great! The furniture on the back deck was wonderful for both visiting and playing cards to the sound of the waves! The kitchen had everything you need and even had two dishwashers! The only thing that would have made it even better would have been if there were screens on the sliding glass doors so we could hear the waves. We would definitely love to spend more family time there in the future!

This property was perfect for a group of 10 who stay on the Oregon coast every Oct. The house is beautiful!! We saw whales in the distance the days it wasn't foggy. Very clean and had everything we needed to make our weekend outstanding! Highly recommend!!

This place is amazing. We had 9 seniors 67 to 91. Sat on the deck every day and enjoyed watching for whales, a lot of visiting.
The home is very nice with plenty of room. Everything that you need for cooking and more. We had ping pong games and Corn hole ternaments great fun.

We chose this property for our first family get together since covid, and it couldn't have been more perfect. We had four adults and four children aged 2-12, and everyone was comfortable and happy all week. For my parents, who are less mobile, the beautiful home and setting provided an ideal spot to relax, enjoy the view, and spend time with grandkids. For us, we enjoyed the home and gorgeous beach, and also appreciated the ideal location. We were able to see lots of tourist attractions with minimal driving (critical since we had already traveled cross country), and found it easy to access great restaurants on short notice. The house was incredibly well-equipped, from the kitchen to the games in the garage. I'd definitely recommend (and already have to friends), and would love to visit again! We took a cruise earlier this summer and my kids deemed this a way more relaxing experience!
