We had a good time at the property! It was clean, there was plenty of room for everyone, and the outdoor spaces were great for spending time with family.

Inside the house was clean, modern, and very inviting. Our host left excellent instructions and guidance for things while we were there, like trash days and pool cleaning days. He also left pool towels and a bottle of wine! Labels in the kitchen so you don’t have to go on a scavenger hunt every time you need something. Very quiet neighborhood which was close to our daily activities. Definitely recommend staying here if you need to be in the Port Charlotte area!

this is a very nice property in a nice quiet neighborhood. the house is well kept and very comfortable. Most of the home has been very nicely updated and well furnished. contact with the owner was excellent! the location is close to beaches. we would definately stay here again. thank you Chris!

Our party consisted of two couples. We had plenty of space to relax as the home is laid out to accommodate a larger group. It was nice to have the bedrooms at opposite ends of the home as well. Not only was the home clean, you can see they have listened to guests and added the little touches to help it feel like home. We have stayed in quite a few rental homes over the years. We loved that the kitchen supplies were not all hand me downs and all the needed supplies were available. There was even the basics of salt, pepper and sugar. Since we like to cook on vacation this is a top need. The backyard was perfect. Between the screened in porch with a pool, quiet little fountain with seating and the canal, all our relaxation needs were met. There were plenty of beach and pool towels too. We enjoyed how close it was to many beach and restaurant options. Our favorite beach was Boca Grande for the beautiful views and peacefulness. Englewood beach was close and had some great restaurants with live entertainment. We also enjoyed Caspersen Beach to search for sharks teeth. Plenty of sand to walk for miles. We would stay here again.

Our group of six found this home to be clean, comfortable, and well appointed. We noticed the little touches making our stay a pleasant one. Pool was a great size and patio furniture was clean and in nice shape. Would stay again without any hesitation.

We had an amazing time on our vacation. Location if the house was close to the beach without the mass crowds and craziness that comes along with spring break. The house was awesome and the perfect size for our group of 8 to spread out and relax. The pool was a huge hit with the kids and the outdoor area was even nicer than the photos showed. We loved having the grill and a full kitchen stocked with pots and pans to make home-cooked meals as well. I would definitely recommend this property to any perspective travelers!

Very clean and relaxing... visits from many large birds was some of highlights of stay...plenty of cookware and linens... great stay!

Very enjoyable home. Lots of space, lots of peace & quiet & fully equipped house. Pool was lovely. Neighborhood very quiet. Short ride to the local beaches, access to state parks, shopping & restaurants. Perfect location! We’ll be back!

They Stole my deposit. Even VRBO is trying to contact them and can't get a hold of them. They lied saying I breached their contract and said they were watching me my entire vacation through their security cameras. VRBO let them take money from the damage deposit. Mind you there was nothing damaged. Now the deposit is not being returned to me. This is a complete scam! I can not believe I am out $2,100 plus the money I already paid for the nights stayed. To scold me for having guests visit me, control the temperature with their nest thermostat. Hello we're in Florida!! Watch my children and money on their security cameras and write me everyday while I am on vacation that they are watching me have guests. Most horrible experience I have ever had. Disgusting, humiliating and now money stolen from. What a gorgeous location and place, horrible unprofessional homeowners.

Check in/out process was easy. House was clean and comfortable. We were a party of 2 adults and 4 kids, so we really appreciated the 2 separate living rooms. Really enjoyed the big pool. The only thing missing were beach umbrellas (there were none) and more beach chairs. I would recommend this property to other families.

House was great. We had issues with ac and property owners were very responsive. The house was very cool on one side and not so much on other we personally choose to purchase box fans and deal with it. Wish there was a spare set of sheets but overall Had a great time

Home had every thing. Perfect get away! Pool was lovely, beach and publix are a short drive away. Cannot wait to come back.

Many activities were unavailable because of the virus. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The property had been updated and was very clean. We also enjoyed the neighbors and sand hill cranes. Everything contributed to a very peaceful, relaxing vacation.

We enjoyed our 1week stay in this well kept home. A Very quite neighborhood . A great place to get away for a total relaxation.

Nice stay. Had some issues but the owner fixed them by the time we left. Pool was great, but didn't realize it was extra money to heat the pool. I would recommend this place to stay. Great neighborhood.

We had a great experience. Place has everything you would ever need. Couldn’t get our granddaughter out of the pool!! Christian was very quick to answer any problems we had. Will definitely be back!!!

Very nice well appointed true 4 bedroom home. Quiet residential neighborhood with golf right next door. Pool was great and warm as agreed. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Our family had a wonderful time here over Christmas and Chris provided great decoration for us so we could have a nice Holidays. The house itself was perfect and had every thing we needed. The Rotonda community is very nice especially the golf courses. All communication with the owner was spotless. Overall a really great vacation. The only thing that I would point out to future renters is that if you intend to stay outside the patio-net then I would buy a good repellent. Some of us got bitten worse then ever.

The house worked out great for our family vacation. The beds were very comfortable and the house is very well kept. It had a family friendly layout and plenty of seating for meals. Bath and pool towels were provided and the attention to detail was very nice. The pool is large and the whole family enjoyed grilling out and swimming in the evening. The beach is close and also two parks within bike riding distance. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Christians home. Everything was clean and well supplied. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen was well stocked with every gadget imaginable. The only thing lacking was a lemon reamer. The pool was clean and well maintained. The area was quiet and felt very safe. Christian was very quick to respond to our every need. A dresser in the bedrooms would be helpful. We would recommend this place very highly and we would return if our travels bring us back to Florida!
