Splendido condominio Southpoint oceanfront 310 in un edificio protetto a pochi passi dalla spiaggia a nord del ristorante North Turn sull'oceano, a meno di 5 km dal faro di Ponce Inlet e vicino all'aeroporto internazionale di Daytona Beach. Il nostro condominio completamente attrezzato comprende piscina riscaldata, letto king size nella camera matrimoniale, due letti matrimoniali nella camera degli ospiti, un divano letto e lavatrice / asciugatrice nell'unità. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The communication with the owner was fantastic!! Kenneth was very informative, kind, and knowledgeable. He was a guide through the rental process, and made it very easy. We had a wonderful time! We would definitely stay at this condo in the future!!

Great property in a great location. Not a lot of people surrounding the beach. Little low on cleaning supplies and had to purchase our own. Not a bad deal as it sits right on the beach with gorgeous views.

Excellent vacation spot
My family and I stayed here for 10 days and it was an absolute treat! It's right on the beach with balcony ocean views. The place was clean, beautifully decorated, and family friendly.

The whole process was very easy and went smoothly! The property was exactly as pictured, no surprises! There were even beach chairs and boogie boards in the condo. Thank you! The unit itself was very clean and spacious. We had 3 adults and 2 children in our group and we had plenty of space. We had a wonderful time and would definitely rent this unit again. Great stay in Ponce Inlet
My family and I had a great stay at this condo in Ponce Inlet. The condo was very clean and provided everything that you would need for a beach vacation. This is our second time at this condo and we plan to book it for future trips to Florida!

The location of this property is amazing! The balcony was our favorite place. The view was amazing and it was very private. We walked to the North Turn on two occasions and had the best time. I can't wait to go back!

Great time in Ponce Inlet!
My husband and I stay at this property over Christmas so we could visit with family and friends! The condo was very clean and provided everything we needed for the week! The property was well maintained and quiet. We enjoyed the heated pool and the close proximity to all of the bars and restaurants in Ponce. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Daytona!

Amazing
Everything about this place was great! The staff and other occupants were very friendly. The beach was especially great because the building is located on the "no drive" section. Good for the kids to run or just enjoy the serenity of the waves crashing on the beach. I highly recommend this place for your get away.

We had a great stay at Ponce Inlet. Property was very clean and comfortable. The king size bed in the master bedroom was wonderful. Beach view from the balcony was excellent. Beach chairs and beach towels were much appreciated! The condo is in walking distance to the North Turn restaurant which is a great place for food, drinks and entertainment. Would highly recommend this property and hope to be back for another visit!

We stayed June 2019. Location is great and beach perfect. Away from busy commercialism but close to many activities. Many great restaurants nearby.
Pool location not great but good for a quick dip. Pool hairs need replaced. Beach is better. Property was okay. Nothing fancy, had most of what you need. Could use a few updates - blinds, beds, but overall had the basics. Bring your own beach towels but other beach gear provided.
