I didn't have breakfast as I was on a relaxing get away :) so, I slept in.
I liked the quiet atmosphere and the friendly staff.
I didn't like the bathtub. It is too high. There is no handle to help me get out safely. The first morning I got out of the tub I almost fell because of how high the sides are. I am so lucky I didn't get hurt! You should definitely think about putting a handle on the wall to help "short" people get out safely. My husband isn't short and even he had a difficult time getting out.
I didn't ask for housekeeping as I just wanted to relax and sleep in. I put my towels and garbage out (front desk said I can) but they didn't give me any fresh ones :) I had to call front desk to ask them to bring some to us.

Loved the waterslides. Kids love it here
Stayed here in April. The beds are so uncomfortable. I decided to give it another try strictly because my kids love the waterslides. I can’t do it again. My body hurts so much. Barely slept. For nearly $300/night you’d think the beds would be comfortable. Let me know if the beds get updated and we’ll be back.

I’ve stayed here many times , but this last time they didn’t have enough staff. So no towels in pool area, and eating area was not maintained .

Breakfast was ok. Decent variety. LOVE the lemonade, and guava passion fruit juice. Not enough seating....have had to wait for a table every time we've stayed here.
Lack of seating, lots of items always seem to be 1 or 2 servings away from being empty

the pool was excellent the staff were some of the best people ever , the breakfast was great the kids loved making there own waffles , the pool exceeded our expectations, the only bad thing was booking thru booking. com after emails they still didn’t get number of beds correct and the hidebed was actually a single bed not a double so we ended up very cramped and didn’t sleep well at all 🤷♀️but overall the Pomeroy was excellent! will stay again

We liked the Breakfast and the pool area, It was a great place for the kids to burn off some energy. The rooms and the hotel were clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and made our stay enjoyable!

Location is perfect, pool is great for children, especially those under 10 and the free breakfast was convenient and fresh.
We stayed in the 1 bedroom suite. The room was nice, but also very inconvenient for a several person stay as the bathroom doors were only sliding doors that did not lock and when the lights in the washroom were turned on, the lights in the living room would also turn on which is disturbing to those sleeping.

It started at 0600 and I was on airplane by then so couldn’t use it
Was disappointed in the morning as I asked for a 0400 wake up call and never got it. Good thing I wasn’t counting on it as I would have missed my flight.

Very noisy kept us up all night people above the room. Running back and forth and dropping things could get a any sleep . Went to have breakfast in the morning and everything was empty and didn't look like they were filling anything up . Very disappointed had to go else where for breakfast . When we got out to our vehicle to leave someone through a coffee on the side of our truck . Not your fault but still very disappointing .
