The location of this house is great!! Only two blocks to the beach. The house is very cute and decorated nicely.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the yellow house! It was perfectly located near everything to do yet almost very private and quiet! The open concept living in the top floor is awesome for families while the second floor with the bedrooms was quiet with enough space between the rooms. The en suite bathrooms for each bedroom was the icing on the cake as well as having laundry on site! The owners were very accommodating with anything we needed to reach out about and mentioned a more private beach area which we enjoyed!
We have found our new yearly vacation destination AND property and are so excited! If you are looking for a luxury property in a fantastic little beach town very close to all of the activities that feels like home, this is your place!

The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. I loved that all the bedrooms had their own bathrooms. The location is fantastic. Everything was within walking distance. My family and I really enjoyed our stay.

We spent the weekend in the yellow house and it was a perfect spot to just get away. Steps away from the beach and boardwalk - so convenient for the kids. Would definitely stay again!

We loved this property and its proximity to the boardwalk, beach, and local park!! The house was perfectly cleaned and well maintained. Communication with the host was always fast and helpful. I would happily recommend this place again!!
One side note, the master bedroom bed was way too soft for me. That’s a personal preference! It didn’t impact my overall opinion of the property.

We had the best time staying at this house. Everything was just as advertised and some things were even better. The walk to the beach was a breeze and it is right there near the Boardwalk and walking distance to everything one might need. We would definitely stay here again without a doubt. Everything was top notch from the beds to the decor. We enjoyed it immensely!!!

Jamie and Brian were excellent hosts, great communication and follow-up.
The house was really comfortable for being our home away from home for a month. It worked really well for three couples. It was great having a en-suite bath for each bedroom.
The location is very convenient (1 block away) from the main street of Carolina Beach and all the restaurants and boardwalk, just another short block from that.
We very much enjoyed morning walks down to the lake and watching the geese and their goslings and the ducks and their ducklings, along with walks on the boardwalk.
Beds were comfortable and the linens were exceptional. Though towels are provided, they are similar to what you would get in a hotel. We brought our own and I'm glad we did.
The kitchen was well stocked, though I'm hoping that now that the summer season is on hand, there is additional silverware provided.
I would definitely rent this property again.

Great location,Great area, everything was great except first 2 days when we needed to clean., from marshmallows & cereal under the wicker loveseat, the wall in the kitchen that appeared to be used as a backboard when people were throwing out the trash. Railing from 2nd floor to top level was sticky to the touch, cleaned with multiple colored wipes that were disgustingly dirty. Worst part of the 2 day cleaning was the floor around the toilets, let me just say that the target was missed on multiple attempts. Would most definitely would off been 5 star review except for our first 2 days of our trip.

It was a great area all around there were parks almost within walking distance, beach access with an arcade right down the street so much for the kids to do but excellent room in the house for some alone time all around 10/10

They are billing us for damages to the house that were already done. They are trying to bill us for standard ware and tare of the house.
The house is wonderful and in a great location. We enjoyed our stay only to have them come back and try to soak us for issues with the house. They suggested that we should have notified them of the conditions as we saw them. This is not part of the rental agreement.

Beautiful property. The house was clean and well supplied upon arrival. Excellent location making dining a breeze. Owners were helpful, polite and extremely easy to rent from. Would absolutely rent again. 100% recommend. Side note- there are a lot of stairs due to inverted layout (living area upstairs). Outside stairs are covered.

The place was so clean and decorated beautiful. All bedrooms had bathrooms it was stocked with the things you need. The host was very friendly and always available if you needed her. I would stay here again.

This is a very nice newer house a block or 2 from the beach and the boardwalk area. The check in and communication from the owners was great. The house had everything that we needed for our short stay and there was no issues with anything in the house. The house is nicely decorated and the master bedroom that my beautiful wife and I stayed in had a comfortable bed, big walk in closet and a nice sized bathroom, the master bedroom has access to the lower deck, but the upper deck accessible from the upper floor is the best one, you can see the boardwalk and you even have an ocean view. When we return to the Wilmington area, we will be looking at this one again. Thanks for having us!

This is a great property! Very clean and lots of amenities! What I liked a lot about the place was that the beach and boardwalk were close enough to walk to, but far enough away to get away from the crowds and noise at bed time! I highly recommend the property! We were celebrating a lot family events the week we were there!

The yellow house is so nice! Feels like a new house. Appliances, towels, bedding and decor feel brand new. The hosts have put their hearts into this place and it shows!

This home is gorgeous. It is a short 6-8 minute walk to public beach access. It was clean, very modern with a beautifully decorated and well equiped common area on the top floor, 3 spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms inside each on the middle floor, and even an outdoor shower on the bottom floor/parking area. It was perfect for our girls trip. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and even a really nice coffee maker. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We walked to the boardwalk and drove 25-30 minutes to Wilmington for the trolly tour and bowling during our stay and spent two mornings on the beach!

We loved everything about this property. It was a clean open spaced property with beautiful furniture/design and updated appliances. I loved the kitchen flow into the living room which made for a perfect family hangout. Each room was comfortable with a private bath. Our favorite area was the long porch off the living room and the master bedroom. We ate breakfast there in the mornings and my husband and I enjoyed a night cap in the evenings. The house is super close to the boardwalk, beach (pier 17, our favorite), and great eateries yet we felt the privacy of the location. Our kids loved the home. The hosts were great and immediately responsive to our questions. Overall we WILL be coming back. Excellent property.

The house was very nice and well furnished. It was a few blocks in from the beach and close to a bunch of bars and restaurants. We would probably bring a beach cart if we come back, but happy to stay here again.

If I could, I would rate this property 10 Stars. The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated with classic finishes and special touches throughout. The living room furniture was clean and comfortable, with "beachy" colors. The beds were extremely comfortable with high-end linens. The location was a located close to the downtown boardwalk area. We walked to Britt's Donuts every morning. We enjoyed sitting on the upper deck in the evenings. The hosts were accommodating, attentive to detail and responsive to our emails. Check-in and Check-out was flawless. This was an amazing experience and we will most definitely return to this house whenever we have an opportunity. Clearly one of my favorite houses ever!

We absolutely loved our stay in Carolina Beach for our family vacation. The property itself is GORGEOUS! From the beautifully designed interior, updated appliances and the LOCATION! The home was very clean and has gorgeous natural light with many windows on every level. We were just a short walk away from beach access and the boardwalk which was a blast for the kiddos. Jamie and Brian are wonderful hosts. They made the check-in/out process seamless and were readily available to answer any questions. We will definitely be back and look forward to a stay at a few of their other properties as well. 5 stars all around. Highly recommend!

This property at Carolina Beach is convenient to everything, and also very clean and quiet. There was plenty of room for our party of five adults. We enjoyed our stay very much, communication with the owners was great, we would definitely stay here again.

This property is very beautiful and clean. The owners spared no expense on this property it was beautifully decorated and was really comfortable.The owners were extremely nice and responsive. We're already looking at booking our next trip to this property. It's centrally located and is in walking distance to the beach, board walk and plenty of restaurants. We came down for a wedding. Picked up our daughter at the airport and our son drove in to meet us. Even though house is two blocks from the ocean you do have an ocean view from the living room. You're one block from the boardwalk! Great location. House is large and spacious. Owners were nice and quick to answer our questions.

Brian and Jaime are excellent hosts and the property is in a great location. Close to nice restaurants and plenty of family related activities.
