We had a wonderful experience here with five families and the home was able to host over twenty people with ease! Some of our favorite features of the home included the proximity to Base 8 (having one of the Dads drop off family members at base then walk down was the best option), the double dishwashers in the kitchen, lots of big tvs, separated upstairs/downstairs living areas for adults/kids, a great management team who constantly checks in, large bunk room for kids, multiple refrigerators (3 total), 3 master suites and easy parking for 4 vehicles. A few things to note: some bedrooms/bathrooms do not have doors or locks (potential issue when hosting so many people), pillows needed a refresh, home listed as ski-in/out, but we never saw or found a way to do this. You can walk down to Peak 8 but it is a bit hilly. Overall, we loved our visit and would recommend this home as a great option for large groups or families!

Our family of 17 came for 5 days and couldn’t have stayed in a better house. Walking distance to the slopes and ample space to hang out. Riding to town on the shuttle was an ease as well based on the house location. Pool table was a hit and location was everything.

Booked this cabin for my 30th bday, so much space, had a total of 14 people and there was more than enough room. Very close to downtown and ski resort, perfect location. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Would love to book again !

Overall, this property is great for a big group. My extended family with multiple kids, teens and elderly all had plenty of room to spread out. The location is a big plus since you can walk to the gondola. My complaints are small but worth mentioning: 1) no televisions in the house worked except one with a Roku box we could sign into. Not crucial but would have been nice for Thanksgiving week. 2) There was never enough hot water so after one person took a hot shower, the following showers were luke warm. And 3) there are literally no locks on any bathroom doors. Not even on the powder room right off the kitchen. I personally stayed in a bedroom that didn't even have a door separating the bathroom! With kids staying in the house, you just had to be prepared to have someone walk in on you anytime. The property management was fantastic, so maybe they can help make some changes to these things. Besides those small gripes, the place is great!

The home was very comfortable for our annual guys trip we’ve been doing for 17 years. The house was well stocked to suit all of our cooking and entertaining needs. Beds were very comfortable and the house well maintained. Location was superb and near Peak 8. I would definitely stay here again.

Our whole group of 14 loved staying here. Everything was so conducive to relaxing and playing with a large group. The kitchen was massive and accommodating to cooking together. We had a couple minor issues but the property team was quick to respond and resolve them. We would definitely come back!

The house is enormous and perfectly situated with about a 5 min walk to the base of peak 8 for skiing. It's been remodeled and has an updated kitchen with brand new appliances etc. Only negative is that only one of the bedrooms/bathrooms had locks on the doors. One of the bedrooms upstairs had its own bathroom with no door, with the toilet facing the bedroom door (awkward). This obviously isn't ideal when you have multiple families all staying in the same home, but is manageable.

The house is very centrally located for the big group we were, 19, the Alpine slide was at walking distance and the grocery store was a short drive away. Main street was a close drive and we always found parking. The pool table and basketball hoop were the thrill and of the boys and the movie room was great for the small ones. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, pots and new appliances. Their is lots more of seating around the island and the dinner table next to it. The complaint was that none were of the bathrooms had locks, and several bedrooms did not have drawers to put clothes away in or hangers throughout the house. The management company replied promptly to all our requests and resolved all our issues fast.

A good house for large groups. However, the bunk room was not set up as shown. Several of the beds in the other bedrooms were very uncomfortable. Lighting was poor. And the code to get in was not changed to the code we were given. Coming in late at night made it a little frustrating to get in. Lots of possibilities with a few improvements.

This house was located in the heart of Breckenridge and was well situated to walk to Peak 8 base. It is a bit of walk so if you have younger ones, it's a bit of up and down terrain that takes some effort in snow boots. It's still nice to have a short walk to be at the chair lift. We also drove over to Beaver Run and Quicksilver chairlift and parked for the day. Driveway is narrow, but not unlike other houses on that street. We had 2 trucks, 1 van, and one SUV. 4X4 is not required, but easier to get up the driveway if it snows.
The space and layout of the house is suited for multiple families. We had 4 families made up of 7 adults, 8 kids from 16 to 9. Well stocked kitchen. Multiple living spaces are great, hot tub also great. I would rent this property again.

Great location but dark and brown
The location is great. Overall the home needs renovation as looking and feeling very dated for the price. The whole house is rather dark with lighting in strange places or not there at all - Upstairs room with en-suite bathroom has one ceiling light to the right as you walk in and remaining of room serviced by a small bedside lamp. some mattresses are showing their age and cause you to roll into the centre. House was extremely dusty on our arrival . Could do with some lighter furnishings to brighten the place up. Also sad to not have the bunk beds.

We saw a fox roaming around and one night had the pleasure of seeing a bear across the street. It was such a neat experience.
Right up the road within walking distance is Epic Discovery and we were able to explore it for a day, as well as, have easy access to the FREE gondola ride. Downtown Breck is within walking distance and has so much character. The food was great, too!
Overall, we would definitely stay again. Maintenance was quick to help with any (very minor) issues we had. Great house and location!
We saw a fox roaming around and one night had the pleasure of seeing a bear across the street. It was such a neat experience.

* There are only two dish towels in the kitchen and no hot pads. This made it difficult to cook.

They stated they were waiting for the part, however they never returned. We had our 95-year old grandmother with us, and having a working toilet in her room would have helped her quite a bit.

Excellent rental company. We felt prepared with the arrival and departure info and the property was as advertised and well prepared for our stay. The property was absolutely the perfect size and set up for our 3 small families to share for our much needed reunion. It needs some updating for the price, but it was very clean, very comfortable, and is well stocked with towels and kitchen ware, etc., and provided lots of indoor fun for everyone with the hot tub, game tables, and theatre room. The garage access made it so nice to unload luggage in spite of the inclement weather. You could also access the main level from the front door to avoid having to go up stairs with luggage. Beautiful mountain neighborhood setting nestled in the pine trees.

It needs some updating for the price, but it was very clean, very comfortable, and is well stocked with towels and kitchen ware, etc., and provided lots of indoor fun for everyone with the hot tub, game tables, and theatre room. The garage access made it so nice to unload luggage in spite of the inclement weather. You could also access the main level from the front door to avoid having to go up stairs with luggage.

The house is much, much larger than the pictures depict. We had 4 families staying here and we had more than enough room for our large party. The basement was fantastic! A great bar, a pool table, a foosball table, card tables, a media room, and a spacious living room. TV's were in nearly every room. The bunk room was fantastic for the 7 young men in our group.
The management company was super responsive.
We did not have any kitchen towels or oven mitts and they brought over brand new ones a few hours after we notified them of this. The management company is terrific about checking in on you during the stay.
The only cons are amenities in the kitchen. We stay in Breckenridge every summer and have never had to provide our own foil, plastic wrap, or baggies. The plates, glasses, and cutlery provided were fantastic. Additionally the huge gas range was great, but not all the burners worked. The sink is not terribly deep, so washing dishes took more time. and we had a large party, so the dishwasher was in use with regularity.
You are so close to everything! We took advantage of the 5 minute walk to the gondolas , but also also walked into town. We will definitely book here again.
