A beautiful place for the holiday, Cleanliness, nice view from the windows, listen the kookaburra's singing, feed the chickens... Betty is friendly, helpful host.

We know we were staying some beautiful once we drove through the gate. The property was just amazing as well as the house being so warm and cosy. Location was perfect and exploring the grounds with two small children was great. We all enjoyed our time and wished we stayed longer.

Was so impressed with Betty's attention to detail and luxury accommodation at the Barn made our stay enjoyable and relaxing. Definitely recommend staying here as it is close to tourist attractions and surrounded with gorgeous views and homestyle setting.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Barn was comfortable, cozy and had everything we needed for our short stay including very lovely views. The children loved feeding the chickens and what a treat it was for them to find some eggs to bring home - they were delicious. Betty was very welcoming and responsive. We would definitely recommend the Barn to others and would stay there again. Thank you for our wonderful stay.

My wife and two young children had the best experience with Betty and Fred. The Barn was cosy and well equiped with beautiful views from every window. We went in the middle of winter and snuggled up next to the gas log fire. My daughter loved the playground and walking around the gardens, with the highlight being the chickens and collecting their eggs, all on the property! Betty was an unreal host and we had the best time on our first family getaway. Would highly recommended to anyone and we will definitely be back.

Hidden little gem
We had the best family get away at Gracehill, Betty was so helpful and made us feel right at home. Kids loved feeding the chickens and exploring the garden. House had everything we needed and very cosy with fire and lots of warm blankets. Highly recommend to others

The barn is a great for families - three double beds and a single bed ensures room for even the bigger families. The barn is fully decked out - kitchen, dining, two bathrooms and a laundry. The highlight was the huge wrap around deck with plenty of seating and a bbq - perfect for sunny weather. The host was fantastic, hassle free experience that we could not recommend more.

My wife and I enjoyed Betty and Fred's Barn accommodation for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. The property and surrounds were picturesque from the moment you pull in to the drive.
The two one-year-olds were very fond of both the playground just a short garden path from our accommodation as well as the wonderful chicken coop.
Betty and Fred were very attentive and responsive to all communications and requests, whether it was some extra glassware, or towels.
We all loved our stay and even tried to extend our booking by an extra night we were enjoying it so much.

Great getaway from a hectic city life!
We had an amazing stay with it’s beautiful grounds. It was private, comfortable, safe and warm! The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. We were two couples which the property was perfect. It would be a fun place for kids as loft area was open with beds and great play area outside, walking paths and large deck. The barn had everything we needed and across from the arboretum. Definitely return if coming back to area.

Place is nestled between the trees and beautiful views of Gippsland and Yarra Valley. The place is clean and the linens are fabulous and neatly placed. Dishwasher would have been a great addition to the house. Would love to be back soon

We even ended up staying on the property far more than we expected as the beautiful and extensive forest on the actual property meant we could go on little hikes and watch the birds without needing to drive anywhere.

We were thrilled to stay at Grace Hills. It is just beautiful with magnificent gardens, gas log fire, spa bath, and generously stocked breakfast provisions. This property is whisper quiet and simply charming.

Set on a lovely property in the highlands of Olinda, the setting is perfect for families or groups looking to get a taste of the forest, hiking or a change of scenery!
Fred and Betty were a delight - extremely welcoming and accommodating, providing everything needed for a pleasant stay.
