Questo magnifico appartamento per vacanze a Kiawah Island, situato a 16 Ocean Green Drive, dispone di 3 camere da letto e 3. 5 bagni, accesso alla piscina comunitaria e una breve passeggiata di 7 minuti dalla spiaggia. La casa semi-indipendente trasuda fascino del sud con i suoi doppi portici anteriori e sedie a dondolo, palette di colori rilassanti, arredi casual costieri e pavimenti in legno. Il piano principale aperto e arioso consente un facile flusso tra il soggiorno, la cucina e la sala da pranzo. Il soggiorno offre comodi posti a sedere, grande TV a schermo piatto montata a parete e accesso al ponte laterale. Caratterizzato da un lungo tavolo, una panca spaziosa e sei sedie aggiuntive, la zona pranzo è aperta alla cucina. The house adequately met our needs, but on line photos were deceiving. House not clean. Clumsily remodeled, obviously homeowner. Lacking in smoke detectors.Wouldn't rent again. Does VRBO have any industry standards?

Didn’t realize access to the spa, gym and restaurants at the Sanctuary was not extended to renters of third party organizations

We really enjoyed our stay in this home and would definitely stay here again. The house is clean and tastefully decorated. The 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom layout was perfect for our group of parents, kids, and teens. We also enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage for extra hangout space. There is easy beach access from this home via a path at the end of the cul-de-sac. It is probably less than a 5 minute ride. We also appreciated that it was just through the gates of vanderhorst and not too far down the island. It was still an easy bike ride to night heron park. One thing to note… a keurig coffee maker is pictured in the listing. That’s no longer there… just a drip coffee maker so plan accordingly!

I love this location because it is close to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. The house is beautiful— updated, lovely decor, spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend. Our group of friends were super happy.

We spent Christmas at 16 Ocean Green Drive. The home was immaculate. Location perfect for a short walk to the beach. Every dish, pot, pan, supplies needed to cook,(should you want to cook) wash and enjoy were at our fingertips. I highly recommend this property and plan on renting this lovely home again next Christmas.

The house is better than it appears in the photos! Plenty of room for a group vacation. We did a ladies getaway and everyone thought the house was amazing. Home is well decorated and didn’t feel like a rental. Kitchen is large and easy to cook in. Out door space was nicely furnished. Bathrooms are lovely. We rented bikes to get to the beach - it takes about 4 minutes to bike to board walk 29. Great location!

While the online pictures show updated bathrooms and kitchen which were nice, the pictures do not tell the story of stained and old bathmats, towels and carpets and musty old bedding. A small investment in basic bedding and towels would greatly improve this property and (show off the pretty flooring by removing the old damp carpets). Kitchen appointments were nice. This is our 10+Kiawah rental and the only bad review I’ve ever left.

The renting process was excellent. The property was very nice. The one thing that needs attention are the poaches and deck. They need pressure washing along with the furniture. Because they hadn’t appeared to have been for a long time we couldn’t spend time enjoying them.
