We could see the sea from the sunny balcony. Very quiet and relaxing. A homely and comfortable clean apartment.
Lots of thought given to what you may need.
Warm and cosy. Prom walks on the doorstep.

Lovely sunny balcony which was sheltered from the sea breeze.

The property was fantastic! Ample space, very cosy interior. It’s on the 1st floor but not very difficult for us to reach even with luggages. The property is quite strategically located as the town centre is nearby. Would love to stay here again if we are ever back in Clacton.

Was really clean. Felt homely. Seattes where amazing with the electric lay downs on lol. Right next to the beach and half a mile or so from the pier.

owner called me to say she was busy with other matter and told me how to enter the flat and sent me the code to my phone which was very helpfull , was a great place so nice and clean beds were loverly and comfortable
there was nothing there that i didnt like every thing was great

Location was brilliant and flat was perfect with everything you could need. Perfect for us.

The flat is in a lovely position with views to the sea in one direction and across a park in the other. It is very spacious and well equipped and the owner was very friendly and helpful. We only stayed there briefly as we arrived in the evening and had to leave promptly in the morning.

we wanted accommodation so that we could visit family close by.. This was so perfect in every aspect.

The location suited us and we loved the apartment. It felt like you could just move in and live there. It was spacious and with everything we needed. Will be back.
