Questa famosissima famiglia singola, 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni, un cottage orientato alla famiglia, si trova in una tranquilla strada senza uscita vicino a Banks Channel. Molti ospiti di ritorno godono del piano di soggiorno / sala da pranzo / cucina aperta che si apre su 2 portici coperti con tavoli e sedie, perfetti per guardare magnifici tramonti e panorami sonori.
I portici ombreggiati schermati nella camera da letto principale posteriore sono accoglienti e ottimi luoghi da visitare. Alla fine del posto auto coperto è un giardino recintato privato con grill e tavolo da picnic. Gli ospiti hanno accesso a una piccola spiaggia sabbiosa con la bassa marea alla fine della strada - i bambini si divertiranno molto a giocare nelle acque calme! Great location but the cleanliness is not as good as other reviews mentioned. The outdoor grill is dirty and need a to be replaced.

We used the weekend to celebrate the 14th birthday of one of our sons while also in town for a football tournament for our older son. The house we stayed in was perfect. From cleanliness to location, I wouldn’t change a thing.

After a hectic pace leading up to the vacation, this property provided the peace and quiet we were seeking, as well as an excellent location for walking to the beach.

The showers head need replacing and one of the window cranks is broken could not close the window upon departure.

Perfect location! Had all the amenities including doggie bags, charcoal for grill, beach toys. Easy walk to beach. Quite a few dust bunnies but overall clean and comfortable.

Sandy Paws was the perfect location for our family. Inlet views and a short walk to the beach. Clean and cozy. 16 days AFTER we checked out, I received an email from Bryant Real Estate notifying us we were being charged $180.82 for breaking a door (that we did not break.) Despite five phone calls placed the week of July 10 and an email to Krystal Dorman and Daniel Perkins, we have been unable to get them on the line to discuss the charges. They charged my credit card and will not return or answer my calls. We received a brief email stating we did not need to continue to call them because they knew that we called - yet they won't call us back. The bathroom sink was clogged upon arrival and instead of complaining to Bryant Realty, we made an extra trip to store, purchased Draino and treated the clog ourselves. I regret that bit of generosity on our part now that they are charging almost $200 for something we didn't do AND being unwilling to discuss it with us. The door in question is a utility closet that is blocked by a large living chair. We had no reason to move the chair to access a door that has a deadbolt lock on it. Rent Sandy Paws (they are pet-friendly) but do NOT use Bryant Realty.

Sandy Paws was very clean and very well stocked. Particularly appreciated the attention to detail such as labeled light switches and well placed night lights. Our visit was enjoyed by humans and dog alike!

Our vacation was very nice and the house is good but needs a bit of upkeep done (dishwasher is a little temperamental, salt has corroded some of the faucets, etc.) The house itself is clean and checkout was easy until we were called after the day we left, to ask us to vacate. We were over 300 miles away at that time, had used the SMS checkout. It would have been nice if they had actually knocked on the door and asked the people in the house who they were before calling and texted me to say get out.

The house was clean and well equipped. The first code for the front door given by Bryant Real Estate did not work. We asked for an early check in and were allowed to check in 15 minutes early, by the time we got to the house it was 4pm. The neighbors in 24 W Oxford were very loud and let their dogs roam freely, I realized I left my new bathing suit, cover up and shorts and tshirt when I got home that Saturday night. I called Bryant Real Estate and spoke to Lisa, she said she would call housekeeping and have them check and call me back, she never called back. On Monday I called Bryant Real Estate and was told that the property manager said I would have to wait until the current renters leave before housekeeping could check for my items, asked them if they could call to find out if the items were still there since I was in town. Was told a flat No! Told them I could stop by there since I was in town and was told that I would be trespassing. We have rented from Bryant Real Estate for over a decade, but after this experience and the terrible customer service, we will NOT be back. Too bad because I really like this house.

One of the better beach rentals I have used. Nicely equipped and very clean. I was solicited by the Bryant vacation on two occasions to extend my rental. Which means the place was not booked for the day we checked out. We requested a noon checkout because my Daughter’s wedding and reception was the night before and we did not want to have to hurry on the final morning. Despite only being allowed to check-in at 4:00 Bryant came back to me and said I could stay to 11:30 but it would cost me an add on amount. I wrote back that I disagreed because I had paid them a lot of money for the 4 and 3/4 days we stayed but if they they wanted the extra amount they could charge me. That charge was billed to my card almost immediately.So from a customer service perspective their lack of flexibility is a big deterrent to me using Bryant again

We have stayed at Sandy Paws twice. We love this rental because of how close it is to the pier and the beach. Ice cream and food are a short walk, a block or two in either direction. Moreover, groceries and other restaurants are a short drive, about 5 minutes depending on what you need to grab. The home is always clean and the bedding and towels are prewrapped to open for use. We know this property is always going to be very clean and tidy when we arrive. We had an issue with the outdoor motion lights not coming on at night when we came back from fishing, however, both Bryant Real Estate and the owner responded almost immediately to resolve the issue.

This house is such a find at Wrightsville I kinda don’t want others to know. There are not a lot of rentals that allow dogs AND are also kept so well and aesthetically pleasing. We’ll be back.

Great place to unwind.
Although our weather was less than perfect given the hurricane coming from the west, we had a wonderful time here. The house was very clean and there was plenty of room to stretch out. The block we were on was peaceful with friendly neighbors and renters. We were a short walk to the beach when the weather improved. You could also walk into town if you felt like it. All in all, a very relaxing getaway!

Clough vacation- need an earlier check in time 4PM is too late
I had no problem with the property except there were ALOT of cockroaches in the outdoor shower and one was in the living room! The website stated that bedding, bath towels, beach chairs etc were not included in the property. They were and it would have saved me a lot of room in the car if I did not have to bring that stuff. Bicycles would be nice to have as well

The AC wasn’t working the 1st night which was rough. But, it was fixed quickly on Sunday morning or a few hours after notifying Bryant. The steps to the sound had been washed away and according to a resident had been in bad condition for sometime due to a boating accident. I had invested $400 in renting several kayaks and paddle boards for the week and would have to carry them for several blocks if not for another renter allowing us to use their dock at the end of the street. The pictures for the rental should not include these steps as they do not exist. Overall, however, I was pleased with the amenities, location, cleanliness and value.

This was a perfect house for my family! It was a little bit of a stroll to the beach, but only 3 or 4 houses from Banks Chanel; which made it worth it! The street was nice and quiet from lots of cars, which was especially nice for my kids to ride bikes and for us to walk our dog in peace. I loved that they provided boogie boards, chairs, and sand toys! I will definitely consider this house again in the future!
The only problem we had with this house was in the left back bedroom, the fan needs some maintenance and wish we had a different grill than a charcoal; it was a bit of a pain to light.
