Perfect. THE first place from the beach access across the street. Love being able to use the rental bathroom from the beach. Host (Joyce) couldn't have been better. Chairs, linens, bath towels provided. Bring beach towels, make a kitchen run after seeing what others left there, and you're set. Will miss the THREE balcony beach views.

Joyce is an amazing host . From the views and location to the beautiful interior she thought of everything you needed to just walk in and enjoy your stay . We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Wildwood going forward and I invite anyone thinking about staying here to do it and you will be happy you did.

Really liked this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with 3 private balconies. Watched the dauphins swim by from our living room balcony every morning. Beach chairs included with very short walk to the beach. Brought our bikes as there is a rack to lock them up. Went to the boardwalk every day which is within walking distance. We liked that the ocean is not so far away in North Wildwood as it is south of there. Would definitely stay here again.

The views from this beachfront condo are incredible! The balcony off the living room was my personal favorite. With the sliding door open, you feel like you’re relaxing on the beach from the sofa. Two of the bedrooms also have balconies with incredible views of the water. The condo is extremely clean and comfortable. We stayed in for many of our meals and found the kitchen to be well-appointed. It had everything we needed and more. It was also nice to listen to the waves and glance up at the view while I cooked!
The beds are comfortable and I really appreciate linens being included. It was great not having to lug blankets and pillows around. They even had two sets of pillows to choose from- firm or soft. They thought of everything!
The neighborhood was great. It was quiet and we felt very safe. The condo is within walking distance of the boardwalk, which our boys absolutely loved! You’re also steps away from the sand and water! The boys also loved the beach cart and chairs that are included with the property.
The owner was great to work with- she was so helpful and kind. We can’t wait to come back for another stay!

Easy check in process. Very clean unit with great views off the deck. Property is in a great location with a very nice curb appearance. I have stayed in many North Wildwood properties and have been disappointed with a number of them. Everyone who stayed as well as my self said they would stay again and likely will.

Location, location, location! My wife, 3 year old son, and I really enjoyed this property. In fact, we think its the best VRBO property we have stayed at. The views are priceless and the 30 second walk from the door to the beach makes vacation a lot easier. Plus, the owner shows that she cares about her property. It's clean, has everything you need, and is great at communication. Stop looking and just book! If not, we will probably just book your week. Cheers!

This property is perfect! We loved the layout and decor. The location is amazing for anyone wanting to be close to the beach and close enough to the boardwalk without the craziness of the boardwalk. Joyce is an amazing host who was extremely prompt with responses and communication. Honestly there is nothing I can say to express the excellence in quality of this home and vacation! Had a great time
We were very happy with our stay. The condo was very clean and exactly as pictured. The A/C was not very powerful, so the condo did get stuffy at times. And unfortunately we were not told about the beach replenishment until the day of our check-in and that we would not have access to the beach until 12-1pm everyday. I seriously doubt the beach replenishment would have made us change where we we stayed but it would have been nice to know about it before check-in day.

We had a wonderful stay! 4 adults and 1 kid and plenty of space. The place is so nicely situated, with ocean views from several rooms and right across from the beach. Joyce was easy to reach and great to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous!!
We had an amazing weekend! What a beautiful view. It doesn't get better in Wildwood. We got together & took my sister as a surprise for her 50th birthday. The condo is exactly as described. We had plenty of space for the 5 of us. It is close enough to Cape May for all the things you may want to do, but not in the middle of the hustle & bustle. Of course we stayed during the off season, but it was in the 70's!! We could not have asked for a better time. Thank you Joyce, we would definitely stay again.

The VIEW! Wow
The unit was very clean and it has an awesome view in an off boardwalk location directly across from the beach. We rented off season and it was extremely quite and even the weather cooperated. And the owner was extremely prompt in responding to all questions. We would stay here again.

Excellent view, proximity to everything
We loved our stay here! The view from the balconies was fantastic! The condo was very clean, organized and all precautions were taken to disinfect for Covid between guests. Joyce really went above and beyond to make sure guests have a safe and enjoyable time. We love this area of North Wildwood because it's far enough away from the craziness of the boardwalk, but it's close enough to walk or bike ride anywhere you need to go. The beach is literally across the street and pretty much private. We would love to stay in this condo again.
