The pool was very clean and very cool! It was perfect. This condo is directly on the beach. The view was wonderful and it’s conveniently located to some great restaurants including The Oceanic, which is a great dining experience on the water! We would definitely stay here again!

This place is a fantastic spot for families! It's incredibly spacious with a stunning beach view and easy access to the beach, making it a perfect choice for a family stay. The secure environment, along with nearby shops and cozy restaurants within walking distance, adds to the convenience and charm of the location. Having all the essentials like plates and knives readily available makes the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.

My best friend and i needed some away time from the hustle and bustle of the world, and this was the perfect place to stay. We spent our time walking on the beach, laying by the pool, and ducking our heads into the quaint little shops around town. We couldn’t have asked for better weather either! This was the perfect place to stay. We will definitely be back to this beautiful beach!

Enjoyed our stay. Condo needs to be updated.
Attention needs to be paid when getting off elevator. The condo before ours looked abandoned. Blacked out windows and front door looked neglected. Our condo door also looked neglected and windows needed to be addressed. That part was a little disconcerting. It was a bit scary. The view however was great but to be honest I did not feel comfortable walking up to the condo door. I knew what the expectations were regarding condo however I didn’t expect what I saw getting off the elevator.
The building appears to be in good condition from the driveway and many areas were beautiful. Just not where we were located.

Had a great weekend on the beach. Condo is in great location. Walking distance to restaurants and bars, as well as some beach shops. Property is very secure and clean. Will definitely check on the property again when we return to Wilmington area.

Everything was clean and had literally everything anyone could want or need. The view of the ocean and the perfect proximity of the unit was so great. Got to experience our first tropical storm too.

The view as you walk in the front door is amazing. Many updates. You can tell it’s an older beach rental but it was clean and you can’t beat the location. Steps to beach, steps to food and shopping. Got to watch the sunrise from the deck on the morning along with the dolphins and surfers. The check in was a little bit of a hassle as you need to go down the street to the rental mgmt office. It’s on a corner where with traffic and pedestrians can be a little stressful. But that was my only complaint so really can’t complain.
I would recommend this rental.

Beautiful views of the ocean, convenient parking and right on the beach. Great quiet weekend getaway. Only sad that the sliding door from the king bedroom to the balcony and the windows did not open, but we enjoyed the rest!

Everything I was looking for in a pandemic getaway. This condo accommodation in Station I was perfect! Full size kitchen stocked with everything you could possibly need for a stay in time at beach. Clean as a whistle with comfortable rooms. The condo itself was nicely appointed with functional accoutrements that were aptly and deliciously placed it’s as if the owner anticipated your every desire in Sun, Moon and Star gazing of the Atlantic Ocean from most rooms in the condo! From the master bedroom You can ocean gaze right from your bed! Super beautiful! Super relaxing! Bryant Real Estate was super helpful friendly and kind, enhancing my long awaited beach experience To a Tee! If you want a total beach experience with no hassles, Bryant Real Estate-Wrightsville Beach is the way to go!

We enjoyed being in a place with a great view of the ocean. We left our bedroom door open at night to listen to the waves. During some rainy times we had time to read. The pool was nice to have. The unit was clean and comfortable. The was a trolley and food cart available to move our things all at one time from our car to the elevator. We did not have to haul our things up stairways many times. We visited in early October which is our favorite time to visit the beach.

This condo is perfectly situated for a relaxing beach stay. 2nd floor provides a beautiful view with easy access to pool and beach. Very private. Condo needs some upgrades especially in kitchen and bath. Station One needs to switch from actual keys for gates and doors to card keys. Keys hardly ever worked and were extremely frustrating. Bryant Realty is so professional and friendly.

Great view
Nice, clean place with great view of the beach. Very close to stores, restaurants. Outside of building is a little dated but overall the place is well maintained.
Took off a star because the listing was not clear on the opening date for the pool, and I received emails about pool rules implying it was open. We went in April, it was 80 plus degrees, and there was water in the pool but a sign was up saying that it wasn’t yet open, which disappointed the kids. I had to find a listing for a different unit in the same building to find that it didn’t open until May. It was fine and we had a great time at the beach, but the listing should state the opening and closing dates for the pool so renters are informed.

Just right
The property was exactly as advertised. View perfect, filled with all the kitchen equipment you could need and games. A little shabby, but fine and very comfortable.
However, I was incredibly annoyed to receive 8 emails in my 3 day stay to remind us checkout was by 10am. Also first time using vrbo where I got a cleaning list, also with multiple email reminders. Why were we paying a huge cleaning bill, owners really get ripped off. Usually we are told, enjoy your vacation and leave the cleaning to us.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT IN EVERY WAY
My family and i drove in from PA for a long weekend get away to Wrightsville beach. The location, facility, condo and beach was truly perfect. Very well kept, tons of amenities and a wonderful and helpful staff. Highly recommend and will stay here again. Tim H
