Everything was wonderful! A clean, quiet property literally right at the oceans edge. Be sure to check the tides. The beach right in front of the property will not be accessible except at low tide. You will need to go down a bit to stay on the beach for the day. There is a beach access point near the buildings with a beach that is cleared out further from the water and high tide there is not a problem. A fabulous place for a vacation!

We really enjoyed our family vacation here. With a pullout couch as well, it was perfect for our family of 4. Low tide gives a perfect amount of time to spend on the beach. High tide gives you an amazing experience as your so close to the ocean. The hosts thought of everything we would need and were so helpful and accommodating, with great communication from check-in to check-out. We would love to come back here some time.

The condo is fabulous and all that is included works great. We’ve rented a lot of condos and this is the best. The location is one of a kind as we’re basically bombarded at high tide and it’s a one of a kind spectacle. Obviously at high tide we can’t access the beach directly but you can easily access the beach by building 8 or by a beach access just up north. The area is quiet and beautiful.

Condo was perfect for 2 people. Very clean and everything you could need was there. Cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, plenty of cooking ware, baggies, trashbags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash....Would highly recommend. Although the high tide limits your time on the beach you can go to a public beach access or go further south in the Topsail Dunes Condo area to access the beach.

We stay at a beautiful beach front unit that was perfect. The only negative was that someone in the floor above us was smoking marijuana in the deck and the winds were blowing the smell all around us.

We loved our stay at this unit. We had three adults and were very comfortable. This condo is very clean and has everything you could want/need for your stay. Our favorite thing was sitting on the balcony and listening to the ocean which was just a few feet away and watching the dolphins swim by each day!! Thank you for such a lovely getaway!

The owners of this quant little condo were absolutely amazing. From a text to ensure we made it safely, to food suggestions, and bringing us a coffee grinder, they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The condo itself is clean, full of all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay, including little touches of "extras", and has beautiful direct views of the ocean. We will absolutely be coming back for future stays!

Outside light shined through the bedroom it was truly difficult to sleep, constantly heard neighbors walking, talking and tv.
The bed was so uncomfortable…. Not sure if we are just picky because we like a non spring mattress but it was aching in our hips and backs every morning. We assumed incorrectly that laundry would be in the unit. I’m used to dishes and such being done in a dishwasher, I wasn’t sure how well they were cleaned so felt for sanitation reasons I had to was before use.

My boyfriend and I decided to take our vacation to the ocean, since we have never touched it before. Despite our 19 hour drive to get here, it was 100% worth it. A quick 30 second walk from the front door of the condo, then you are right on the beach! The condo was spacious and clean, Nothing to complain about. Every morning we were able to look out and feel the ocean breeze and calm weather. We would love to come and stay again, but maybe I'll convince the boyfriend if we can fly and stay longer than a week

Wow! This property is not only steps away from the ocean, but is also incredibly well stocked. So many details to make our stay more pleasant: coffee pods, cold water waiting in the fridge, paper towels/napkins, shampoo/conditioner/body wash/hand soap, high quality towels, beach chairs, umbrella, etc. Honestly, they thought of everything, and beyond! The condo was impeccably clean and organized. Will *absolutely* be staying again.

Loved the condo. Very easy access (5 steps) for my wife as she has slight difficulty with them due to a car accident several years ago. Condo was decorated very well. We really liked the surfboard painting because it was signe by Jason, the same way our oldest grandson spells his name.
We really liked the layout and the view was great.
The condo was very clean and had all the necessities of home. Well stocked with kitchen cookware, dishes, andplenty of paper products. Bed was very comfortable and the living room furniture was comfortable.
Only suggestion that I may have is it would have been nice to had a couple more bath towels and washcloths for a 3 night stay.

Our stay was perfect. The condo location is very quiet and right on the ocean. We enjoyed our view of the ocean every day while eating breakfast and lunch. The ease of accessibility with the room being right there at the ocean with our one year old and her naps was a blessing. If she was sleepy we could go in for her nap and then go back out after. Also, we cooked breakfast, lunch, and some dinners while there. Everything we needed for cooking was there, which was great! The beds were good. No complaints there. Beth was also very good at communicating if we needed help or had questions. We really enjoyed our stay!

The owners communicated really well and made sure we had everything we needed. The place was fully stocked with dishes, linens, toiletries, and even soap/shampoo/conditioner! My son loved the little candies in the bowls and all the games and books available.

Needed a break
Perfect place to be up close to the ocean. The place was clean and communication about in/out was great and willingness to help with anything. Also a nice surprise magazine's and books to read. Which I enjoyed every minute. Looking forward to visiting again
