Situata sul lato est del bellissimo lago di Keuka, la nostra grande spiaggia privata è perfetta per nuotare, prendere il sole, andare in barca e rilassarsi! La nostra casa si trova a 5 miglia da negozi e ristoranti a Penn Yan ea 15 minuti di auto da Hammondsport, che è stata recentemente nominata 'America's Coolest Small Town'!

Perfect for Family
What more is there to say when it’s a 5-star property?! Perfect location with yard to play with grandchildren ages 2-8. Add to that an amazing, well-appointed kitchen that needs nothing except your food, super clean inside, and owners who are friendly & provide excellent communications. Thank you to Gary & Sue for giving our family a wonderful getaway from this crazy world!

Absolutely Perfect in Every Way
Five friends - mature women - spent a perfect long weekend with plenty of room to be together or apart. The cottage (more like a house) is pristine, beds are comfortable, and the location is convienent from all directions.
Being right on the lake was more than an added bonus even in the Fall. Will be booking again - a unanimous decision.

This place was glorious!
My family and I visited for a weekend during peak fall in October. It was beautiful. Leaves were astonishing, wine was great, beds were comfy. Waking up on the water with coffee was everyone’s ideal. We met the owners and they were fantastic! Very nice and accommodating! We plan to visit again!

October Visit
What a great location, not far from town and places to visit. The lake view was gorgeous. We enjoyed being able to ride our bikes nearby. We hope to return. Sue and Gary were great to work with.

Wow!
We had an amazing time at this location. Gary and Sue were so welcoming and kind. The property was so clean and comfortable. We had direct access to the lake and a beautiful open grassy area. There is a fire pit and multiple areas to sit and enjoy the lake. This property is only 9 minutes from the downtown area and even closer to wineries on the back road. This is the perfect location for guests attending weddings at the Crispin Hill wedding venue. We give this location 5 stars and plan to return yearly for our women's weekend celebration. Thank you Gary and Sue

Loved our Stay at Harry’s Hideout
The cottage is beautiful, comfortable, clean and well maintained. Sue and Gary are wonderful hosts and very accommodating. Love when we can stay there.

Girls weekend
Our stay was great! Property owners are right next door and it was so nice to be greeted as soon as we got there. Photos don’t do this place justice! So spacious and clean. For reference, dock was big enough to dock our pontoon boat and the water was deep enough.

Words cannot even express the amazing location of this house and the friendliness of Gary and Sue! We had an amazing weekend laughing and enjoying the beautiful view. We will be back!

Weekend Getaway
The house was very clean and comfortable, and Gary and Sue were responsive to any issues and needs that arose. The weather was cooler than we expected so we weren't able to sit outside and enjoy the lake, but spending time with our family after a long pandemic winter was just what we needed!

We sisters and our mother spent a wonderful fall weekend in this clean, comfortable home. It is located on a beautiful lake with wineries, biking and hiking trails nearby.

Keuka Lake - A beautiful fall getaway!
Sue and Gary were delightful hosts and their lovely cottage on the lake was just perfect. A quiet and private location, with a beach area and dock, coupled with the pretty landscaping and every amenity one could need made this one of our most memorable trips ever. We just loved Keuka and it's smaller size and charm. The house was spotless, clean and organized. We can't wait to return!

Great Waterfront on Keuka Lake
We came up for a week of relaxation (and wine) with another couple and thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The water front is perfect access with a great swim spot, the fire pit is on the stone beach so you can enjoy the stars at night (which were absolutely stunning), and the house itself worked perfect for our needs given the two bathrooms. The residence was very clean and we felt comfortable being there even with the current pandemic. Things to note for others that aren't in the description - the waterfront is stone, not sand, so I would suggest water shoes as an addition to your packing list if you want to go in the water; there are cooking utensils and pots/pans but not any large size pans so if you're cooking for a group you may need to either use a couple pans, grill instead, or plan on cooking in waves; and the house is located off of a great little "side road" that was perfect for walks as traffic is quite slow given all of the residences; there were dishwasher pods and laundry detergent enough for our entire week-long stay; there is a coffee pot for those other caffeine addicts out there and a good selection of wine glasses if you bring anything back from the wineries; there is not an ice maker but there are ice cube trays which were full when we arrived; and they provided us with bath towels, hand towels, dish towels, wash clothes, and both inside and outside blankets but I didn't see any beach towels if you wanted a separate one. We hope others enjoy it as much as we did!

Perfect getaway to unwind!
We had a great relaxing long weekend at Keuka Lake! We chose this home because our children are 1 and 3. The large grass area and walk in entry/beach was very important. Most places on the lake have a breakwall or drop off. The kids were entertained for hours just throwing stones in the water! Sue and Gary were phenomenal hosts. They own the beautiful cottage next door and are respectful of space but always available if needed. The home was really cozy with great space to get together as a family yet, have privacy in the 3 bedrooms. Plenty of parking and yard for games. Great area to take walks or bike ride. Fully stocked with everything you need. We hope to come back next year and stay when it's a little warmer :) Thank you Sue and Gary!

Perfect location and getaway!
This property is amazing. Location is perfect. The yard was a huge hit for the kids. They could play, jump, flip and burn all that little energy with room to spare. The level beachfront was just superb! The cottage had more than enough room for two families with 6 kids. We never felt crowded. Gary and Sue were amazing. Always available for a question but never intrusive being next door. We will absolutely be back. :)

Family Weekend Away
We had a great time. Property was as advertised. We were 6 adults and there was plenty of room. House was very clean. Enjoyed the fire pit and proximity of the house to lake - just out of the back door. Screened in porch was perfect for rainy night. We would stay again. Sue and Gary were attentive and very nice to us all.

Great Lake House for Families
We enjoyed a wonderful Columbus Day weekend here! We were 2 families (with 4 kids under 7), and the lake house had a very comfortable amount of room for all of us. We could all eat together on the porched patio, and living room provided a great amount of space. We enjoyed fishing from the dock, and evenings at the fire pit. Wonderful hosts as well!

Great time in the Finger Lakes
We had a wonderful time, enjoying the lake and the surrounding wineries. This property has 2 porches perfect for family gatherings. The dock makes it easy if you have your own boat or you choose to rent one at one of the marinas. We met Sue and Gary and they are friendly and accommodating. The house is warm, clean, and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous home.
We came to penn yan for a girls weekend trip. The house was awesome. It was spacious and is literally right on the lake. The water is clear and clean. They have a fire pit and kayaks for you to use in the lake. The yard is huge and flat and the house has lots of seats for everyone to relax around the house. The owners are sweet as pie. They were so helpful and kind to us. We honestly did not want to leave. If you want to come to the fingerlakes to have wine and relax. This place is a must stay. The house has a washer and dryer and the appliances are all new. We were so impressed. It was worth every dollar. We definitely want to come back next year.

Wonderful experience
The location was ideal for tasting both wine and beers as well as viewing the beautiful lake. We really enjoyed evening canoe rides. The home is warm and cozy with a living room big enough for all seven adults.

Perfect family getaway!
My husband and I brought our 3 year old son and 6 year old daughter to this cottage last week and it was absolutely beautiful! The owners (Sue & Gary) are extremely accommodating and the setting is idyllic for a relaxing lake vacation. We visited the beautiful area wineries and restaurants and Penn Yan & Hammondsport have everything you will need to stock the kitchen for cooking meals and enjoying them lakeside. Would definitely recommend this property 100 times over.

We'll Be Back
Great place for a family Vacation. Lots of things to do other than visit wineries, although that isn't a bad thing to do. You are near the town of Pen Yan with restaurants and small family owned stores for shopping. We have been going to Keuka Lake for 30 plus years and still find things to do. The cottage is clean and roomy and we liked it to the point of booking it for a week again this year. Would recommend a stay here for anyone coming for the first time or for a seasoned visitor like our family. P.S. The fishing is good too.

Wonderful Lakefront Cottage!
This home was the perfect spot for a weekend girls getaway. Sue was so easy to work with and accommodating. Upon arrival, the house was clean and we were even surprised to find an additional bathroom! They had even prepared the fire pit for us and gave us a bottle of wine. We had 10 girls in the home and had plenty of space. This cottage is the perfect getaway with unbeatable views of the lake, especially during sunset. You can really tell that the owners take pride in this property and take care of it. They were very helpful when we wanted them to be but left us to our own devices. I plan on talking my family into going back next year!

Great house, great location, perfect for families
We arrived for a week in July and were warmly welcomed by the owners, who happen to live next door. They were very helpful throughout our stay. The house is a perfect place for a young family. Our little ones (2.5 and 1.5 at the time) had a great time splashing in the water and there is a great grassy yard as well. The house was clean and newly updated with a good sized living room. The only thing missing is a deck! Loved it here and plan to return.
