everything was just perfect, the location and we had all that we could ever need and more. the owners could not have been more friendly and helpful.

The location is just wow. 100 meter (maybe even less) walk to a calm and very nice beach. 3 restaurants within walking distance (even willing to serve food at the property), yet not an overcrowded area. Very good area for families. Great villa for outdoor living. 2 terraces, a patio, a large garden, outdoors shower, …. The villa has all amenities you can ask for: washing machine, dishwasher, tv with Netflix and satellite channels, …. The best owner ever. Stocked the villa with new toys for our toddler, replaced washing products with baby safe versions , full fridge upon arrival, … always only a WhatsApp message away for help or advice …

Bathrooms are rather small. But one does not come here for a spa holiday :-)

Marathi Oasis Villa is the perfect place for relaxing vacation literally next to the beach! Me and my girlfriend enjoyed to the fullest the spacious facilities of the villa and the proximity to Marathi beach, only 20 meters far.  We loved the soft beds,cleanliness and the external balconies facing to the sea and the mountain. The villa is luxurious, fully equipped and the hosts were extremely helpful with directions and kind.  The exotic beaches nearby, the historical monasteries and the city of Chania are a must see. The location is exceptional for exploring the natural gems of Chania and for enjoying the tranquility that Marathi area offers. Overall, we had an amazing time and we are looking forward to go back!

We highly recommended! Konstadinos and Angeliki are perfect guests, people you really want to have as friends! They were very thoughtful, ready all the time to ensure us the perfect holiday and they suggested us good addresses of restaurants, beaches and places to visit (thanks to them we discovered the very beautiful gorges of Theriso) Villa is fantastic, very stylish and comfortable, with 2 terraces (one view on the mountain and the other view to the sea) and the garden is very beautiful. Very good location, near the nice beach of Marathi and only at 20 minutes by car from Chania. Thanks again and hope to see you again!

My family enjoyed everything on the villa! The property is new, stylish and comfortable with it's own huge outdoor area! There are three nice beaches at a distance from 50 to 150 meters with blew crystal water! The nearest one is not the best in terms of entrance but the others are perfect. Swimming conditions are exceptional due to a comfortable water temperature and absence of currents. At the same distance you can find three tavernas with delicious food and very friendly service. In 20 minutes ride you can reach Chania with it's charming atmosphere and variety of nice diners. We were very much appreciated owner's hospitality! He was 24/7 in touch with us to meet our requests. We'll definitely come back to the villa!
