Complete comfort away from home. The apartment is styled beautifully, well equipped kitchen facilities, comfortable beds, sufficient heating and a lovely shower with toiletries. The undercover off-street parking was great and communication for access was smooth and straightforward.

We booked at Youngstown Executive Apartment but for some unexpected reason we were given another similar apartment to stay. This apartment was clean and well equipped with all the kitchen utensils, various types of coffee choices, tea and other beverages. Very generous indeed ! Only heating in the sitting room but none in the bedrooms, but when we asked for 2 portable heaters for the bedrooms.. They were delivered to us swiftly. We were very impressed with the service ! 10/10 !

The apartment was near to a public road, therefore it could be a little noisy at times.. Otherwise it was a lovely clean comfortable apartment to stay for a few days.

this particular property actually had plumbing issues which we were contacted about on the day. we were relocated to a nearby property which was very nice and comfortable with basic amenities.

there was an outside light we couldn’t figure out how to turn off if you could and this made it a little harder to go to sleep as it was outside the bedroom. the other thing was that I couldn’t find any extra towels/pillows.

not drastic, but pillows way too soft/flat. no coffee or salt in supplies. and. hot water in shower was strange, took forever to warm up each time and very hard to regulate.

It was neat and clean. Close to the airport the reason for our visit. Off street parking and plenty of tea& coffee supplies and cleaning products

Perhaps some tissues for people like me who forgot to pack some.

It was spacious, with lovely views. Extremely clean and close to everything we needed. Easy check in instructions. And it had an off road parking spot. Perfect!

Very nice apartment. Beds are comfortable. It's in a quiet street.

I was astounded by the huge jump in the price since I last stayed there. It's no longer taking a break when you have to do the housework before you leave or have to pay a huge price for cleaning.

Only one toilet and the sofa bed is locked in the living room
