Location and view of the Acropolis from the room

Overall, the staff was very kind and willing to help except for one. We asked that person for help about transportation and was like annoyed and bothered.

Excellent location, great staff, great breakfast & rooftop restaurant. As a solo traveller, I felt safe here & could walk down to the square at night - I actually walked myself everywhere during my stay - Monastiraki Square is at the end of the street, easy walk to The Plaka, walking distance to Acropolis, plus walked to Syntagma Square for changing of the guard. The building is really creative with all the different sketches ( as per the name ).

Even with the window closed, street noise at night was a bit disturbing. But the church bells on Sunday morning was quite nice to listen to.

L'hotel è molto rilassante, colori e design sono belli e moderni, la hall è accogliente e luminosa. La stanza è molto bella dotata di tutti i servizi e i comfort necessari. La colazione è ottima e abbondante lo staff gentile e preparato.

Hotel was well situated and plenty of restaurants to choose from close by. Rooms were spacious.

Staff busy talking amongst themselves and not particularly good customer service. Duvet cover had stains on it. Coffee machine still had old capsules in from previous guest. Ask for a vegetarian omelette and they put turkey in it!!!! Overall it was ok but the staff are young and need some customer service training. They were more interested in talking amongst themselves.....

Perfect well located hotel with good welcoming, excellent service and very helpful staff...Room is large, clean and modern for a good price (generous breakfast included) Had dinner on the roofbar, very great view and service was nice. I highly recommend

The hotel would have many positive aspects: optimal location, comfortable and clean room, good breakfast, (some) friendly staff, good value for money. Unfortunately, however, one single but huge problem makes it impossible to sleep well: the noise produced by the bars of the hotel itself, especially the one on the roof which on Saturday night had very loud disco music until late at night, made it impossible to sleep in the room!

The huge noise from the hotel’s bars until late in the night! unforgivable for an hotel!
