The location is very convenient you have supermarkets, convenience stores and restaurants conveniently near. The staff members of the building were very courteous and helpful from checkin to checkout and all the time when we had to leave and had concerns. The room was very clean and everything was provided. The facilities were complete except for a.washer dryer but we didnt mind since they had a laundry service that picks up your laundry and drops it off washed, dried and folded. The property was also very very reachable for EVERY concern. They reply within a short period of time we didnt have to wait for replies for hours. Just minutes with complete instructions and they did whatever they could. We were so happy definitely no hassle.

what I love about the property is its location. It was walking distance from all the amazing places at BGC. I also enjoyed the apartment itself for all the amenities available and I love the fact that the owner is earth conscious by having energy-saving utilities and appliances. The building itself is very secure and safe, and the staff is very friendly.

I did not stay long enough to find anything to recommend about the property itself. Maybe ice makers for ice trays in the fridge.

. I have stayed at different units at avant in the past. The location is my deciding factor why i chose to be in this area

As i said i have stayed in different units at avant but this is the most expensive considering its size and view. Not even a welcome drink ( Water) or snack available.all places ive stayed always have a bottle of water and a oacket of snack- makes you feel welcomed.I bought a bottle of wine only to discover that the unit has no wine opener.No washing machine. Id recommend not to stay here if theres an alternative. Staffs tend not to pay attention to what youre saying as they keep telling you confusing statements. Their communication skills isnt great.

Cleanliness and room size

No restaurant and even no water bottle available when requested and had to go out for it to buy. Tough to get the wifi password and was asked to contact owner of the property for that. Not easy location to find taxis. At night no one at reception except the security personnel

Excellent rating from me. Hannah and Melissa (admin) were exceptionally helpful and kind. Even the security guards (different guards on different shifts) and maintenance crew were very kind and helpful. All praises from me. Satisfied guest/client here.

The agents were extremely helpful, great location for what I required. Room was clean and tidy.

Only issue was wifi, it states free WiFi on the booking but it is actually pre-paid so I was without WiFi from time to time whilst the agent put load back on. When you know your going to be a stuck in a room for most of the day and you require the WiFi this is not good, it should be mentioned in the booking area that it is pre-paid WiFi.

The location is good. Wifi worked fine. Kitchen is decent. Check in was easy. The gym is average.

Air-con is the old unit, Super loud. The new unit is broken. I asked for a fan as it was impossible to sleep with the out of date air-con unit. These rooms are road facing... Very little sound proofing, can hear every car and motorbike outside. The bed is hard. The blinds don’t block the day light. The price is too high for the standard of room. Sorry. Just giving the truth.
