It is clean and have all the basic necessities. It is close to restaurants and airport terminals.
It has AC and a fan but the direction does not seem to cool where the bed is placed so felt warm while sleeping.

what i book and what i stay is different.room location changed. and also not available for the cooking . there was not netflix provide. miscro waves was not working condition.

Very nice and clean Studio apartment with a good new comfortable double bed. Walking distance from terminal 3 at the airport.
No TV connection yet but that didn't really matter, good WiFi though.

Room was OK despite smelling a bit musty. It’s very close to the airport and clean.
However, check-in was chaotic : this accomodation is similar to an Airbnb, concierge is not helpful at all and very rude. We had trouble to check out as well as concierge didn’t want to keep the keys.

Air conditioner filter was extremely filthy. There was 1/4 to 3/8 inch of thick black lint on the filter. This had not been cleaned in 3 months or more.

It was clean and complete with everything you will need.
There check-in and check-out instructions that were not provided ahead of time which caused some inconvenience. It's also very close to the highway so the noise-level was not conducive for sleep.

The apartment was comfortable, clean and had everything I could have asked for i.e. microwave, fridge, washing machine. It's right beside the shops, restaurants and not far from Makati, Ocean Park and Mall of Asia.
I found a couple of the security men to be a bit ignorant and unwelcoming to be honest.
