Breakfast wasn’t included with room but ate at the Best Court Cafe one morning. Only had a light breakfast but was very good.
Only issue we had with our room was the floors needed swept. Couldn’t walk barefooted as could feel the
“debris “ and stuck to socks and found long strands of black hair on bathroom floor so….did let the Manager know when we checked out and he was apologetic.
The floors were beautiful and don’t show if they need sweeping but would assume that’s a given when cleaning the room between customers. Otherwise we did enjoy the room, it was spacious and comfy. I would definitely go back if ever in town again.

The room and bathroom were spacious and quiet. There's a small table to eat at along with a microwave and mini fridge.The bathroom had plenty of towels and was well lit. The beds were very comfortable. The cafe next door has a great breakfast menu, and it is served until 2pm.

Loved the feel of a tiny house stay in vintage motor court surroundings. Lots of space inside like a small apartment and it was very QUIET!
Restaurant closed midweek ( odd but we understood ) no ice machines, tiny frig in apartment and especially NO kitchen sink which left us rinsing coffee mugs and water bottles in bathroom sinks

The room was absolutely pristine with thoughtful little touches everywhere. Each room had an attached garage/porch with a fan and chairs provided. That was delightful!
There was nothing. The food at the attached breakfast/lunch cafe was amazing as well!

it was very cozy and very clean and updated. close to everything without being right in the middle of the noise.

The location was fairly close to Central Avenue, which was great. Sketchy part of town at night however. No place for covered parking. Very clean room.
Sterile like a hospital. Barely decorated. A tall table and desk in the area with the refrigerator vs a kitchenette. Tiny refrigerator for the space. Hard beds. No I’ve machine available and office staff leave at 5pm. Lots of windows in the bedroom etc, but when you open them, they face a wall or fence, so I don’t know why someone would even open them. Water heater in the middle side of the garage, so no way to pull a car in during storms.

The breakfast was excellent! I would eat there again!
There wasn’t a switch to turn off the porch light. It was bright through the sides of the window even with the Shade down.

Beautifully renovated cottages. The charm of yesteryear, with the conveniences of today. Very quiet location
They don't have an ice machine, but there us a chest cooler they fill up every night so you can get some ice if needed.

great location, quiet, private, and everything appeared newly remodeled
our air conditioner was making a clicking noise the entire first night and it wasn’t making the room cool, so we couldn’t sleep. It seemed to have fixed itself the next day and worked much better!

These cute cottages have been updated and modernized in a way that permits their age to still show , charmingly. I’m making the choice to stay in unique motor courts like this whenever I can. This might be my favorite so far! Huge room, great shower, larger mini fridge, all on a quiet street.
The front door was a little dingy but a new paint job would cure that!

We travel a lot for pleasure and I think this is probably the property that we have enjoyed the most. It was very clean, convenient, and everyone, including in the cafe were wonderful. If we are ever this way again, this will definitely be our go to accommodations. It is quaint, quiet, clean and overall lovely.

This was one of the best places we have stayed all season! We travel 5-6 months out of the year for volleyball, and this place is so nice. Clean, comfortable, great location from the convention center, and easy access and parking. we will stay here again when the opportunity comes up!

Incredibly clean, large refrigerator, great mattress, great decor, large bathroom with lots of towels and blow dryer, fast hot water, no noise, walking distance to many things, great attached restaurant. The room included a bed, couch with ottoman, extra chair, table and chairs, desk, TV on a lovely tall TV table so it's easy to watch from bed or anywhere in the room, big closet with hangers and shelving, large mini fridge(I'll add picture so you know what I mean), microwave, coffee maker. They are Cottages so you don't hear your neighbors and they don't hear you. Great price, convenient location downtown.
I can't think of anything negative. I really enjoyed my stay.
