Ocean View and only steps to the sand !!
Ristrutturazione completa e totale terminata a giugno 2019. Tre camere da letto complete e 3 1/2 bagni completi a pochi passi dall'oceano. Uscire dalla porta, andate a destra e camminate a mezzogiorno all'oceano. Nessuna strada trafficata da attraversare. Non c'è niente di meglio.
La casa:
1 ° piano: Queen BR e bagno completo e Rear Deck off Bedroom
2 ° piano: cucina (Refrig., Stufa, D / W, Micro) Fai scorrere al ponte dove puoi andare a giocare o andare a prendere alcuni granchi e godervi anche là fuori. Nuovi pavimenti in legno in tutto.
3 ° piano: camera da letto principale con il proprio bagno completo e la seconda camera da letto con un bagno completo sala. Camera da letto principale ha una piattaforma con vista sull'oceano.
Bella piscina grande (sicura)
Doccia esterna che ritorna dalla spiaggia.

This property was even better than expected! So many things in walking distance! We enjoyed all the amenities, especially the bikes. The kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were super comfortable! The host is very responsive and we will definitely stay here again!

We stayed for one week as a family of 6. The house was great. Beds were comfortable. Location was perfect. So much to do, walking distance. Hope to visit again next year!

We stayed for 2 weeks. Perfect location. I needed my car twice to get groceries. Everything is in walking distance from mini golf, go carts, surf shops, restraints and the beach. The condo was perfect size for our family of 5 and very clean

Another wonderful vacation. This is our second time staying, and it was amazing. The house is clean, well-appointed, homey, and perfect for our family. The beach is only steps away! We loved sitting on the back deck, biking, and the pool. The owner couldn’t have been more accommodating or responsive. Fenwick is a hidden treasure. Thank you for another perfect vacation.

Our stay in Fenwick Island was fabulous! The condo was clean, well stocked and very close to the beach. The owner is wonderful, very good communication! Besides beach chairs, they also provide a BBQ and bikes which we loved! Always a fun time at this location/condo!

We had a marvelous stay at this beautiful, clean, and well-stocked beach townhouse. The location was terrific - just across the street from the entrance to the beach. The pool was great for cooling off, too. The home is even more lovely than the pictures indicate. And, the owner is thoughtful and easy to communicate with - the house is stocked with everything you need to enjoy your vacation, and check-in and out was a breeze. Our family of five fit very comfortably. We are already booking for next year!

The owners have done a thoughtful and lovely job updating the property (new kitchen, new floors, updated baths). This townhome is in a sought after townhouse community because of its proximity to the beach and the community pool. We will definitely be staying there next summer!
