Questo condominio lato piscina al primo piano con una camera da letto e un bagno è splendidamente decorato, dipinto di fresco e si trova in un tranquillo complesso residenziale fronte mare sull'estremità orientale e la parte più bella di Panama City Beach (Nautical Watch) . St. Andrew's State Park, Shell Island, Shopping a Pier Park, ottimi ristoranti, un Walmart (per le cose che hai dimenticato) e il porto turistico sono tutti raggiungibili in un paio di minuti di auto. La spiaggia è ampia con sabbia bianca candida e acqua blu e verde scintillante.
Bastano 2 minuti a piedi per raggiungere una delle spiagge più belle del mondo. Nautical Watch è uno sviluppo di vacanze e resort di proprietà privata orientato alla famiglia. Questa unità si trova al primo piano a soli 15 piedi dalla vostra auto.
La camera da letto principale ha un letto king-size, una TV a schermo piatto, un ventilatore a soffitto, persiane nella finestra e tende oscuranti per le vacanze durante il sonno. C'è una nuova lavatrice / asciugatrice impilata nell'armadio della hall. Ha un bagno completo con doccia e vasca. La cucina completamente attrezzata ha un piano cottura, frigorifero con macchina per il ghiaccio, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, stoviglie, utensili, pentole, padelle, caffettiera, tostapane. La zona giorno ha un divano enorme e comodo e tavolo / sedie per mangiare. La porta scorrevole in vetro conduce al patio con tavolo, sedie e una splendida vista sulla piscina. L'area della piscina paesaggistica tropicale comprende sedie a sdraio, tavoli e sedie con ombrelloni. A sinistra delle piscine si trova un bagno con servizi igienici, doccia e area grill.
Il nostro condominio è a bordo piscina e solo a pochi passi dalle spiagge di sabbia bianca. Nessuna strada da attraversare o folla da affrontare. Parcheggiare proprio fuori dalla porta per facilitare il carico e lo scarico. Se hai bambini, puoi lasciarli nuotare nella piscina privata mentre ti rilassi sul balcone al piano terra e non preoccuparti della loro sicurezza.
Siamo situati all'estremità tranquilla di Thomas Drive. . Noleggi moto d'acqua, banana boat e parapendio sono tutti sulla spiaggia del nostro complesso per il tuo divertimento.
La nostra casa può ospitare comodamente 4 persone con un letto king size e TV in master e un materasso matrimoniale per la zona giorno.

This was the 3rd year that we stayed in the unit. It is perfect for the two of us. We previously stayed in high rises with lots of people and we are over that . I love the proximity of this unit to the pool area. It is so nice to park right outside the door. And the unit itself just feels like home. The property is so nice and quiet. I cannot say anything bad about it

TV went out on Wednesday evening. Owner came out on Thursday but could not get it working between her and cable company. Cable company did a reset no success. Text owner Friday still not working told her no need to come out as we were leaving early Saturday

We loved out stay! It was clean and well stocked with more amenities than we’ve ever had in a condo. Everything to make your stay great! The pool area is awesome with umbrellas and beautiful flowers and trees all around you! I highly recommend!

This was the second time that we stayed in this unit . We loved it so much last year that we booked it again. The complex is located near good restaurants which we enjoy. I really like it being so near the pool. It is a small complex and was very quiet both times. I will try to book it again next year

The owner of the condo was very helpful and let us know about the weather and conditions in Panama because we were arriving on September 30 right after Hurricane hit Florida . Condo was nice as always and weather was Beautiful we visit Panama every year and love the location of Nautical Watch

This condo was so clean and inviting, we had the best, most relaxing vacation. The pool is so close and a short walk to the most beautiful beach. This complex is so quiet which we loved. The condo has all necessary amenities and was so comfortable to stay in for a week. Thank you Chris and Bob!

The entrance was a little hidden so make sure you watch for it. The condo was VERY close to the beach. We loved how close we were to St. Andrews. It was quiet and relaxing. Pool was cool to have right outside the patio.
It was a cute condo and pretty clean except for the bathtub needed to be rinsed out and under the bed looked like it hadnt been swept in a while. The dishwasher broke right before our trip (which was miserable because we placed a large walmart order to cook a bunch of stuff instead of eating out) so handwashing everything was horrible. The owners did offer small refund but not worth the time I spent washing dishes in my opinion. Our door didnt work for a second but the owners answered immediately (the problem solved itself) so that was good to know they were readily available.
None of this is enough to make us not want to stay again. We did love it and enjoy our time and would come back again. Its perfect for a great getaway.

Condo is in a perfect spot for the beach and the pool, it’s so good of a spot the smallest thing couldn’t really turn you away! When I had a issue the owners were quick with a response! However we was only left with 1 roll of toilet paper, a quarter of liquid hand soap, and 2 shower rags even tho there was 4 of us to shower every night. The cleaning lady was very kind and offered to bring us more but I was willing to just go buy extras! The sleeper sofa in the living room was kinda shaggy but the kids seemed to be okay! Panama is a beautiful beach and we’ll definitely be back! Thanks for letting us stay

This was our 2nd stay at the condo. Just like last time, it was perfect for us. The pool is right out the back door. There are grills located close to the pool. My husband grilled while me and my 3 year old swam. We met some nice people there as well. The short walk to the beach was nice when it was sunny out. The condo is really close to the marina. We rode the sea screamer which I highly recommend for anyone with kids. Over all it was a great stay and we will plan to come back next year.

2 small complaints, but otherwise GOOD! :)
Upon walking in, Glade plug- in smell was overwhelming to me and my husband (I admit, I do have a very sensitive nose and cannot stand strong ,fake, chemical smells.) No worries, we unplugged them & put them outside on the back porch & fortunately, by the next day, it was mostly gone (2 small plug-ins & 1 colossal one...this is a small place with no smoking or dogs, so shouldn't be any weird funky smells anyway, so I'd say this was definitely over-kill). And then that night (no fault of the owners), above us at 11:15 pm there was a sound that sounded like methodical hammering...SUPER LOUD! Who does that anyway at that time of night? It kinda freaked me out and unfortunately, sleep eluded me for a LONG time! UGH! Especially after an 8 hour trip in the car, I just wanted quiet time which is supposed to happen by 10:00 pm. Oh well, fortunately the other two nights were quiet. The condo itself was just what we were looking for...view of the pool out the back sliding glass door & out the front, a quick walk to the beach WITHOUT having to walk across the street. Our kids & grandkids were staying in an "elevator" condo next door, and I did not like the feel of that at all. It was super nice & convenient to walk out your front door with your car right there. So overall, our experience was good!!! & would highly recommend! :)

This property was exacting what we had looked for. After renting in high rises for years we wanted a first floor unit and this was perfect. Steps outside to the pool. Very short walk to beach. Furniture was very nice and comfortable.

Fun, sun and relaxation!
The condo was just perfect for us. It was very clean and very nicely decorated. The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need. The beach so close and the pool 10 steps out back. We had one small problem and the owners responded to my text immediately. The code to get to the beach had changed and the problem was taken care of! We are hoping to book the same spot next year!

Very clean property and well maintained. The unit was very nice and the condo owner was easy to work with and easy to get ahold of. Enjoyed the pool every single day. Easy access to the beach. Really liked that there were restrooms at the pool for quick/easy access. Condo owners were friendly. Parking was great and dumpster was easily accessible as well. Really enjoyed our stay.

Very Nice and Clean Condo
We loved this condo. It was really clean. Nice comfy furniture. My son is 2 and I was a little worried about being so close to the pool but once we got there I was relieved to see that the patio has a door that he couldn’t open himself. The owner Chris is very friendly and quick to fix any issues that may come up. Thanks for the experience and we will definitely be coming back.
