La casa è divisa in tre aree abitative private, ognuna con la propria cucina, i bagni e le zone giorno. C'è un balcone privato fronte spiaggia al piano superiore e un ampio patio fronte spiaggia al piano di sotto. È il posto perfetto per più famiglie che viaggiano insieme.
Le due camere da letto al piano di sotto hanno un letto queen size e condividono un bagno con una vasca da bagno oversize. Al piano superiore, di fronte alla spiaggia, la Master Suite ha un enorme letto a quattro posti king size, con il proprio bagno privato completamente rinnovato e spazioso con grande cabina doccia. Dall'altra parte della casa, la quarta camera da letto presenta un'altra camera da letto molto privata con un bel letto king size e condivide un bagno (con vasca) con la quinta camera da letto. La quinta camera da letto è allestita con due nuovi letti Queen e si trova in un layout "studio" con area soggiorno e cucina. C'è un ulteriore bagno con doccia al piano superiore. Per la capacità di sonno extra, ci sono tre divani estraibili queen size disponibili collocati attraverso la casa.
Ci sono due cucine complete all'ultimo piano e una cucina principale completamente attrezzata al piano inferiore. Ognuna delle tre cucine comprende un fornello, un frigorifero, una lavastoviglie, un forno a microonde, una caffettiera e utensili da cucina completi. C'è un nuovo tavolo da pranzo al piano terra con posti a sedere per tutti, quindi i pasti abbondanti non sono un problema.

Wonderful experience; we lacked absolutely nothing… by far the best vacation house we’ve ever stayed in… The beach access was so perfect, and everything from the beds to the bathrooms and the kitchen were fantastic.

It is difficult to find a place that has five bedrooms. It had everything we needed. All 12 of us could sit at the same table for meals and fun game activities. The beach is just out the door.

Yoda House is a great location to stay. We have stayed here 3 times. But, I will say the accommodations are getting very dated, needs updates. Inside furniture & chairs are getting old and stained. Last year I suggested that the mattresses downstairs be replaced, but doesn't look like they were, very uncomfortable. We couldn't figure out how to use the stovetop upstairs, not sure if it works. Small wall air-conditioner downstairs doesn't work very well and needs to be thoroughly cleaned. Blow dryer upstairs in second hall bath doesn't work. I reported to you while I was there about the insect larva on lamp shade inside to left of outside door upstairs. We did enjoy our stay again, but cannot give a 5 star due to a few things that I mentioned above. I am sure we will return, but would suggest an update on the accommodations.

Great accommodations for a large group. We had 3 families so it was nice to have several areas of the house for additional privacy. 3 teenage boys loved the efficiency area.

The Yoda house is amazing and we can not wait to come back for our 5th year in a row! This place is directly on the beach, roomy, comfortable, and well maintained. It is within walking distance to great bars, restaurants, John's Pass, and the gas station. iTrip responds immediatly anytime we've had a question or concern. They are a great company to rent from.

Loved everything about this property. Right on the beach. Lots of space. We were 14 people. Family of 4 (2 teenagers with mom & dad) who took the room near the street w 2 beds and 2 couches. Then 4 couples. Who took the other 2 bedrooms upstairs and the 2 bedrooms downstairs. Then 2 single people who were on pull out couches (1 pull out couch downstairs and 1 pull out upstairs). FYI, there is a 3rd pull out couch upstairs - but that’s how we chose to split up the single ppl.
I am not sure if I would suggest this place to 14 people unless you don’t mind people walking by the pull out couches. I think 12 people sleep most comfortably. Then the dishwasher on the main floor doesn’t clean the best and I don’t think the air worked very well on the main floor. It wasn’t too hot during our stay but that might be a question if you stay when it’s hot. Finally, the room by the road does get some noise. It only bothered me 1 night but for the most part wasn’t horrible. All of the positives really outweighed any issue we may have had. The company managing the property were really quick to address any questions. There are 3 kitchens. Each had a coffee pot, fridge/freezer, stove & oven, microwave, toaster. We were close to lots of stuff. About 1.5 mile walk from St. John’s pass that we walked in 30 mins and some of us were happy to take the local trolly/bus just a couple of stops down to st.johns pass. I had the best vacation and would definitely stay again.

Our recent visit to Yoda House was our 4th year in this house and each year just gets better and better! We were especially pleased with accessing the house on our first day, the communications we received throughout our stay, and the simple process of ending our stay. We had an issue with the internet access in the house and a technician was sent to the house within 2 hours to address our concerns. Great service and we will be back. Danny

This was our 12th year celebrating our yearly holiday tradition with friends in the Yoda Beach House. It is set up perfectly for several families to have their own private space but also has plenty of communal areas to hang out together -- like the back porch, directly on the beach, the top porch, perfect for beach sunsets, the large dining table and lots of nice furniture out back. Our favorite is the back porch fire pit, as we are always here in December.
We especially love this house because we cook a holiday meal here. Having THREE full kitchens has spoiled us.
We also love walking the mile (even though we have cars) to John's Pass for great dining and shopping. And the Speedway directly across the street is perfect when you run out of beer or firewood.
And a special thank you to the iTrip management this year. We had some very minor problems on check-in day and they took care of them politely and quickly before the majority of our group arrived.
They also set us up with axe throwing at Smack My Axe - a great group activity, especially if you have a rainy afternoon like we did.
We hope to have many more years of gathering here. Thank you!

We take a family vacation every October and this year we stayed in the Yoda Beach House it was perfect for our family of 14. The house was big enough to give each of us our own space but brought us more together as a family. We loved the location and being able to walk right out the back door to the beach. We definitely plan on staying here again!!

We had a good stay and thank you for the quick response in terms of replacing the grill. For the price we paid, however, I did expect everything to be working. We were told there would be a refund for the propane too that I haven't seen yet, and
We did notice few things that you may want to consider repairing - some to protect yourselves.
1. We were asked to lock all doors and windows. That wasn't possible. No matter how we tried, the door behind the blue couch in the room leading out to the patio would not lock. Anyone could walk in at any time. Some of the doors upstairs didn't lock either, but it was the downstairs one leading outside that was our concern.
2. The handle to turn on the water in the downstairs shower is very loose & with the water getting quite hot it would be a burn looking to happen.
3. The grill that was replaced was trash - not useable.
4. The so-called firepit is trash. Personally, I wouldn't call it a firepit. It's a metal container where people have used charcoal to start a fire and the top is totally broken so what you have is a light weight metal container.
We did like the layout of the house. It easily had enough space for 13 of us and could have held a few more easily. Between the layout of the house, the fact that the issues I've raised are easily fixed, the management was responsive, & the beach was great, we'd stay again - for sure!

House was nice size for 3 families. Very nicely decorated and amenities, especially the three kitchens appropriately supplied. Nice big table for 10 was very accommodating. Disappointed in outside landscape maintenance and lighting for the price. Both passage ways to second floor were outside, but we got used to it. Ice maker did not work in one of up kitchens and ice was and issue. Had a very nice time and cannot beat the very short distance to the beach.

Yoda House was wonderful. Checkin was simple
and straightforward, the place was clean, and huge! There was plenty of room for all of us to gather when we felt like it, but also have private, quiet space when we wanted. The views of the gulf from both downstairs and upstairs are absolutely stunning! We enjoyed the fire pit with nightly s’mores after a day at the beach. Perfect! The grill was quite crusted over with grime, but one of our party cleaned it and it should be sparkling clean now! We had a slight problem with a broken door knob, but maintenance responded promptly and fixed it. One thing: the instructions say that the trash doesn’t need to be taken to the curb, but my husband happened to be out there when they came by and they told him it must be taken to the curb. This was a great house, don’t hesitate to book for your large group!

My hockey team stayed at the Yoda House and we had the best time! Super clean, spacious, kitchens were fully loaded, BBQ grill was clean, great seating for large groups. We had enough bath towels and beach towels for everyone. Great location steps from the beach! Great view from the upper deck for gorgeous sunsets. We will definitely stay again when we come to this area! Thank you!

With 5 different families, we were extremely happy with the Yoda House. There was plenty of room for everyone traveling with us and we loved being able to simply walk out the back door onto the beach. The house is just a short drive to John’s Pass and many other restaurants in the area. We walked to Dockside Dave’s and The Reef for dinner. I would love to be able to stay in this house again!

We enjoyed our stay at the beach house. Location and views of the beach are awesome. House suited all of us well with guests ranging from 22 months to age 72. Having a grill and fire pit was nice as well. Exiting driveway was challenging at times. Would definitely stay at the Yoda House again!

The house was spacious and as described right on the beach. I would give 4 1/2 stars if I could. The main floor was well equipped with a spacious kitchen, large dining room, and two bedrooms. The upper floor was essentially two separate apartments. (note there are no interior stairs between the main and the upper floor).
It worked well for our family since all the children were older, but might not work for a family with small children. The location was great walkable to restaurants and directly on the beach.

You cannot beat the beach front location. We had couple maintenance issues. Although they couldn't be immediately resolved property management was very responsive & the guys that came out were great. Overall we had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The beds were very comfortable. The access to the upstairs was a little bit uncomfortable Because we had a family living downstairs and upstairs at the same time so they had to commute outside the building. The location to the beach was absolutely wonderful. The public beach next door did not seem to interfere with the privacy of our family. Getting in and out of the parking lot was a little bit treacherous. Overall we would stay here again. And I have recommended this place to a couple other people. Because of the size that you can accommodate three large families with no problem. And the beach access is absolutely great you do not have to walk very far to get to the beach. Thanks to Keller’s.

This property was just as it stated in the listing. It’s location can’t be beat. We had a total of 14 people and it was the perfect space. The beach outside the back door, and the beaches within a short drive were unbeatable. My only issue with the property was the selection of kitchen cookware was very minimal with no storage containers for left overs. I know now to bring my own next time. It would absolutely not deter us from renting this property again!! 100% worth it!!!

This was the third time we have stayed at the Yoda House. The location is great! The people are friendly We found the accommodations had been remodeled but the furnishings need updated. Almost every mattresses need to be replaced. The same couches have been there since at least 2014.

Nice house on the beach
This was a spacious rental house and really nice location on the beach. The road the house was on was busier than we thought it would be, but you don’t really notice it when you’re around back and so close to the beach. The host was helpful and quickly addressed a few maintenance issues that came up. We spent most all of our time on the back patio, 2nd level balcony or in the ocean. We would definitely come back here again.

Perfect for multiple families
The multiple living spaces and kitchen spaces was perfect for our large multiple family gathering. Having multiple kitchens was so helpful in keeping drinks and items cold and ready for our kids ranging from 11 years old to a 2 month old. You cannot beat the location and the property manager was quick and attentive to any questions or concerns we had!

May week at the beach
Property is exactly as pictured. Plenty of room for 12 adults and a one year old. For a small charge, had a crib and high chair delivered prior to our arrival, arranged by the management group. No inside stairs between the two floors, but stairs on front and back by the patio, so can easily walk upstairs from the beach. Front stairs are a spiral staircase, so taking luggage through the front door to the back stairs is best. The firepit was really enjoyable, and the grill is a weber, which worked great.

Yoda House
This is our second stay at the Yoda House. The house is as advertised and the distance to the beach is wonderful - just a few steps. It is set up as three separate living spaces which is great for a large family or three smaller families.

We loved our stay. The house fit our big family and worked well. There view was amazing and the beach was right out the patio door! They had a fire pit that was a big plus for evening chats over wine and a chance to reconnect after a day of activities.

Yoga House Vaca
This was our first time in Florida and we wanted a nice beach vibe house on the beach, outside of the major cities. We loved it! It was very clean and well put together for the price. I do recommend a trip to the store upon arrival to get all necessities, including toilet paper and trash bags. This home comes furnished with dishes, cookware, utensils, linens and an abundance of beach towels, but that is it. It also is equipped with Alexa, which we were not made aware of until checkout, but other than that we were very comfortable during our stay.
