Location was great and easy to access. Free parking. Great view. Host was wonderful.

Pullout beds were a bit uncomfortable.

Location - we were attending the Miami Grand Prix and needed an apartment in a location accessible to the track. As it turned out this location was perfect as it was only 9 miles from where we parked and got a shuttle bus to the track. Less than 3 miles walk or drive to the beach (North Beach) Small supermarket approx 800m away or if you wanted a big one Walmart 6 miles. Public bus stops on main road a matter of minutes from apartment. Free trolley bus also stopped nearby. Apartment- good size apartment, clean and tidy. All linen, towels provided including pool towels. Only complaint was that there was only one very small tea towel to dry dishes. Nice balcony overlooking pool area and marina. Great views across to Miami City. Main road ran to the rear of the property but did not notice noise inside apartment. Bed in bedroom very comfortable. Small sofa bed in lounge used by daughter who found it very comfortable to sleep on. Easy to put up and down. Air conditioning in main living area and bedroom. Worked effectively but a noisy system. Have heard quieter. But it worked and did the job. Washing machine and dryer in nearby laundry room. It was nice to have a home from home after 3 weeks in hotels. Communication - all access information provided before arrival. Gained access to property easily. Concierge a really nice guy. Parking - definitely a plus having parking with the apartment. Concierge provided a parking slip to place in front of vehicle whilst parked on site. If we ever return to Miami would definitely stay at this same property.

Only one small tea towel. Air conditioning noisy but not unbearable.

I would not recommend it had roaches.

Roaches are disgusting. And at this apartment.

Our host Laura sent us great messages with everything we needed ahead of time. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and clean. The sunset and water view were a great start and end to our days. We loved the location and apartment! Can't wait to come back and visit! Thank you!

The apartment (on one of the highest floors of the building) is ideally located. From here you can easily reach all the important points of Miami - at least if you have a car. The apartment was clean and tidy, the bed in the master bedroom really good quality unfortunatley the couch-bed was not that comfortable. Parking is free and the view of the skyline from the terrace is breathtaking. Right next to the apartment is a laundry room where you can do laundry for a few dollars, which is very beneficial. The apartment itself has everything you need (fridge, AC, Stove, Mircorwave, cooking supplies, coffeemaschine, cutlery and dishes.

The apartment but is already a bit worn. Some of the lights don't work, when you open the closet you have to be careful that the closet door doesn't fall against you and also the fly-screen-door to the terrace falls out of the frame if you are not careful. Unfortunately, while we were there one of the two elevators did not work, which sometimes led to very long waits. The doorman in the lobby was extremely unfriendly and was reluctant to help when there was a problem. Despite these drawbacks, I can recommend the apartment

I liked the location of the appartement. Not too far from everything and the view is fabulous. The inside of the appartement was very nice. I appreciate how very responsive the owner was. Also, having a kitchen was an absolute plus!!!

The outside looked raggedy to be honest. Scruffy building with a weird elevator. We found the bed small and not too comfy. Also I wished the owner had left more trash bags for us to use. There was only 1 replacement bag which wasn’t enough for a family staying for 4 nights.

The apartment itself was comfortable, clean and in a great location. The owner was very responsive and helpful

The building is under construction, noisy and dirty. Someone did try to get into our room during the night and came back 30 minutes later to turn the knob again saying he left his phone inside. There's no deadbolt lock on the main door which is a little concerning.

We chose this apartment because we wanted to cook while we stay in Miami. This apartment was loaded with so much stuff you would not see in any other property. The host, Laura, was very prompt in responding to your questions about the stay/booking, process to enter the property. This house was loaded with all kitchen utensils, kitchen towel, oven safe knit, cooking oil, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee power, BEACH CHAIRS, COOLER BOX, BEACH UMBRELLA and so much stuff. Bed - comfortable and clean Nice interior decoration and gave us the feel of entering our own home.

I would have given 8 for this apartment if I didn't face first 2 points listed below. Bath towels - disgusting!!! After I wiped my face, it felt so much hair on my face and i found lots of long golden color hairs which none of my family's hair type. I felt disgusting when i used those bath towels. Not sure if its human hair or pet's hair - whatever it is, its a frustrated feeling. Stinky odor in kitchen - First day, we smelled bad stinky smell from kitchen sink. We used some spray to overcome it. Sofa bed - not clean and we couldn't use it Bathroom - it wasn't upto the mark. It had portion of sliding door only; not sure if that's the design. This property - this apartment is in the Bayshore apartment complex. The apartment complex while it looks nice outside, it stinks in the lift, walkway. If you are coming here with lot of luggage, it will be too difficult to take them to the apartment. You need to carry each and everything from the car to lift. And from lift, all the way to the end to reach this unit.

Great view nice apartment

The view was absolutely the best part. I took some beautiful pictures, I wish I could post them on here.

I liked that everything was so close, it was very convenient. I also loved that the place was so clean inside, the exterior is very deceiving. The exterior could use some work , but besides that it beautiful.

location is pretty good, the view is excellent and the place is very clean. be aware you need to pay extra at check-in 10$ per person. free parking and receptionist is very friendly and helpful.

Only one elevator works for 10 floors. The apartment I had there were several things wrong. The plank flooring moved and shower sprayed the whole bathroom to just say a few. The so called concierge was not much help and a few of them quite rude actually. You pay a cleaning fee and get left directions on what they left for you to clean with and what they want you to clean. It was ok but photos are definitely deceiving.

Location

The unit was very well equipped. Laura left us with great suggestions for shopping. The lobby and common areas were very clean. When we had problems, (keyless entry and key retrieving from a drain) the concierge helped.

The exterior of the building was so dated, compared to those around it. Parking spaces were very tight. One elevator was down the entire month’s stay.
