Best equipped house that I've ever rented and we've stayed in many, at home and overseas.

One of the best cottages I’ve ever stayed in; very comfortable, spotless, superbly furnished, welcoming and homely. Excellent location near to the beach and harbour; splendid views from the ‘Crows Nest’ room. Owners very thoughtful & generous with a wonderful welcome pack.

Ideal location, close to the harbour for boat trips, coast, small shops & restaurants/pubs. Had relaxed feel.

Parking was a little tight at the cottage.

the owners had attention to detail throughout. all little things had been thought about eg even a first aid kit.

the stairs up to the top floor would be difficult for elderly/infirm/kids

The cottage was perfect, every room was lovingly decorated. The welcome basket of food and wine was a very welcome extra touch.

The bedroom in the roof with large east and west facing floor to ceiling windows with sea views from both. Watch the sunset over Bamburgh castle and dolphins in the sea at the same time. Detailed and often clever thought to very many aspects of the facilities and equipment.

Very central location with allocated parking. Property on 3 levels with the top level having clear view of Bamburgh & Lindisfarne Castles. Really comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped with some well appreciated welcome gifts. From reading the guest book the accommodation gets a lot of repeat stays. After a totally chilled week, we may be another repeat guest. Really was top notch throughout.

Very little. Only thing I'd change is having an earlier check-in and later check-out by an hour either way. There's a lot of property to clean between guests so can appreciate the hours as they are. We did check in earlier after being messaged by the owner which really was much appreciated. Not a criticism, and wouldn't put us off booking again.

Location near harbour with great views from crows nest floor. Fab welcome pack and equipped kitchen. Good location to travel for sightseeing.

A beautiful cottage which was a real home from home. Every little detail had been considered. There was an outstanding view from the crow's nest bedroom. The welcome baskets of treats on arrival was wonderful. I can't recommend it highly enough. It is certainly one of the nicest places we have stayed.

This is one of the best cottages we have stayed in. The location is excellent, literally round the corner from the harbour, and a stones throw from the town centre. Everything works in the property and it has everything you could possibly need.

Perfect location for a Seahouses holiday. Facilities excellent.

The views from the top floor are amazing. Lovely to sit on the bar stools and watch the sunset. Also enjoyed sitting on the patio in the sun. There were all sorts of goodies awaiting us.

Great location close to the harbour and boat trips. Although the kitchen is small it is very well equipped. Bedrooms were comfy and the view from the top floor bedroom was great.

Very clean and well equipped, have a bad back but found the bed perfectly comfortable. Nice welcome goodies, Inc wine and choccies. Well situated close to the harbour and village centre with amenities such as Co-op and a choice of chippies. Top loft room had lovely views out as far as Bamburgh Castle. Lots to see on daily excursions such as Bamburgh Castle, Alnwick Castle, Cragside and fab long beaches for a stroll /trek. Weather and covid preventing landing on the islands prevented us from doing a boat trip to see the puffins, but this will be a must do next time.

Only improvement can suggest would be to have a small freezer or icebox, to keep ice cream for example.

Brilliant location. Really clean and very welcoming. Very well equipped.

The cottage is in a great location near the harbour, with a stunning view from the crows nest in the loft bedroom. We really enjoyed our stay and will book there again on our next visit to Seahouses!

The cottage was lovely, and we could not have asked for anything more. We were provided with every amenity we could have wanted, and some that we hadn't even thought of! The welcome baskets were a particularly delightful surprise. Everything was spotless, and all instructions were very clear. The location was perfect (the views!), with easy access to everything available in Seahouses. Just charming.
