Condo was great! So clean and very nice. I wish it would have had a beach wagon or we would have known to bring one. The walk to the beach is very very long. The board walk is nice but then you have to walk farther to get around a lagoon to get the ocean. Carrying a cooler and chairs is a task without a wagon. I did see that other condos provided these or you could rent them which would have been perfect! But other than the terrible walk the condo and facilities were perfect!

We enjoyed the trip from the moment we arrived. The condo was decorated with so many reminders of the sea. From the sea shells in the coffee table to the books. Our trips to the beach included many sights of crabs, sting rays and other sea creatures. We especially loved the variety of birds.

Everything was perfect for us! We loved covered parking , unit was so quiet , we didn’t hear any other guests, and it was so pretty, neat and clean! Grandsons enjoyed having their own room and bath. Check in was easy , absolutely no complaints !! Thank you!

A lovely stay in a great location. Aside from some internet issues, which was a building issue, not a problem with the unit, it was a great place.

Very disappointed in the management company, evolve. I arrived and followed the directions that were sent to me in an email and I could not access as the Door key system and lock because it had been changed to a code system weeks earlier. It took a very nice owner in the building to help me access the unit with no help from the representative from Evolve that was set up to help me. I emailed, texted and phoned with no response until the next day when they asked me what unit was I in! How clueless can you be with no help whatsoever.
The unit itself is very nice with excellent accommodations and it was a wonderful time when I finally was able to get in. Very inconsiderate to a traveler, who pays a lot of money to stay in the unit and cannot access with the instructions given to them.

Master bed is very comfortable. Nice balcony furniture. Great view and convenient to central elevators. Only complaint is the kitchen trash can is so small. We’d stay here again for sure

The beach was a far walk from the building but was worth it. All the amenities were amazing. The condo unit was very comfortable and well appointed and functional.

You can tell this condo was set up for the owners. Very well done and appreciated. We have our Dauphin "go to". One of the outlets at the bathroom sink is tripped and won't reset.....

This condo was exactly what we were looking for for a quick girls trip. It was super clean and appliances appeared to be brand new. The view was absolutely amazing! Although it was a little trek to get to the beach, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only negative about this condo unit was that it was immediately above the pool and exit gates to the beach. The noise from the other guests in the pool and the constant clanging of the gate as it closed preventing us from enjoying the balcony on some occasions. But this was ONLY a minor inconvenience at an otherwise fantastic property. We would definitely rent again!

We had a good time everything was better than expected from the weather to the property itself! We would stay there again in a heartbeat! We really enjoyed ourselves and are telling our friends about the experience!!

Condo description was spot on and beautifully decorated. Kitchen appliances are modern and everything in working order. Especially enjoyed the balcony and tall sturdy deck chairs to enjoy a perfect view of the gulf. We used the gym daily although a few of the pieces of equipment were marked “out of order.” Overall, it was the perfect place for our 3 night stay to celebrate our 55th wedding anniversary! We extend a Thank you to the owners for providing a lovely condo.

A blast at the beach!
This condo was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing week at the beach. The beach view was beautiful from the spacious balcony. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub that we had access to on the first floor.

Fantastic!
Wonderful trip! The rental was perfect in every way! We had a relaxing trip in a beautiful room with a perfect view. It just didn't last long enough. The pool area was also great. I would highly recommend this rental for families with kids of all ages. I cannot wait to return.

Had a great July 4th holiday. Property staff very friendly, Dauphin Island is great family atmosphere for the family. Fireworks viewed from the balcony. Great stay!!

Excellent choice!
The condo, property and beach were exactly what we were hoping for on our family vacation! We had no issues with our condo, it is fully stocked, including beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella and a wagon. I had read other reviews about these items but it was not super clear on the listing, so I was happy to see the items were still provided. It would have been nice to have some beach toys included for kids, but luckily we had brought our own. Access to a small vacuum would have been helpful, the sand sticks to everything! The outdoor pool is well maintained, monitored by security and was never overly crowded. The view of the coast and the beach were amazing. We saw dolphins while just sitting on the shoreline, bring some
binoculars. It is common for guests to go looking for ghost crabs at night, so my husband brought a headlamp, there was a net available. The only downfall we thought was the walk to the beach, we knew it would be a jaunt but a majority of that is in the thick sand and was difficult to get through but still manageable, we would definitely go back! We would highly recommend the ferry that goes to Fort Morgan. The choices of restaurants was a little disappointing, two seafood places were closed with no warning when we tried to go but ended up at The Pirates seafood restaurant by the golf course, it was delicious! Overall my family loved our time on Dauphin Island!

All the comforts of home!
This condo was fantastic. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay at the beach—we’ve never stayed anywhere with such a plentiful supply of kitchen items! We would definitely stay here again (longer than 3 nights, and in warmer weather so we can take advantage of the property’s other amenities like the pool).

Perfect Condo for relaxing
Dauphin Island is a great place to visit and this condo was the perfect place to stay. Pre-trip details were easy to follow. When we walked into the condo, the views were breathtaking. Easy parking, nice pools, great area. The condo had everything we needed. I highly recommend a visit to this island!

Nice, well stocked condo on beach with an indoor and outdoor pool. Turned out a bit nicer than I had expected so was pleased. First time to Dauphin Island with family and friends and had a great time. plenty room on the beach, easy access. If we visit this area again, would definitely try to stay there again.

Lovely property
Booked this condo back in March to beat the rush of people vacationing this year. Booking was easy and pre-trip communications were excellent. Once there, checking in was a breeze and we enjoyed the property a great deal. Condo is excellent, great view and fantastic amenities. Would rent again. Small quibble: we wished there was a laundry basket in the condo.

Vacation
This condo is everything it says. Great place fully stocked with everything you need, beach towels, chairs, wagon, spices even cofee filters. Also it was nice and clean! With Hurricane warnings for the island we only stayed two nights. We had planned on 4 nights, the host was gracious enough to give us back our money for the two nights we didn’t stay. Great place we will definitely stay again.

Long weekend get away
Very nice accommodations. Had everything we needed for the beach. No problems what so ever. Easy in and out. Long walk to the beach but we already knew that so not a problem. Always love Dauphin Island. Quiet, beautiful and peaceful!

Loved
So unfortunately there a tropical storm when we went but we did get a free great days. The condo is completely stocked with everything you could need. The only complaint we had was that it needed a bigger trash can! But everything else was great!

Great condo!
My wife and I had an amazing stay. The condo was very clean, well stocked kitchen and comfortable king bed in the master suite. Ample room throughout and a nice balcony overlooking the boardwalk to the beach. Although we didn't partake, the pools seemed very accommodating and were cleaned daily by property staff. The beach itself was very relaxing and we were able to see many different animals during our stay, including dolphins on two separate occasions. There was plenty of room to relax even with public beach access nearby. The only recommendation would be to take bug spray, especially if you head out to the beach early in the morning or in the evenings. Found out the hard way the mosquitos are serious through the sand dunes along the boardwalk. There were a number of restaurants within walking distance or a short drive and none of the food disappointed. Dauphin Island is a very laid back beach experience if you're not looking for the hustle and bustle or entertainment factor of a Gulf Shores or Florida beach. If this is something you are looking for (especially given the current times) then this is a great place to visit.
