Beautiful property, great outdoor space and very responsive owner make this townhome a great place to stay in Provincetown

Stayed here last year, so we already knew how great it was. But the new sofa and chair in the living room surprised us, and gave the place an even more upscale feel. Everything has been wonderfully maintained or upgraded over the years. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Great West End location! Very quiet but close to everything we wanted to do, happy hour at The Red Inn, Tea Dance, going to the beaches every day and strolling down Commercial St.,were all easily done by foot from this home. The property has wonderful outdoor spaces to enjoy any time of day, and inside was very comfortable and functional as well. We will definitely stay here again!

Has everything you need for an enjoyable trip to provincetown

We so enjoyed our recent (second) visit to this beautiful home, which is perfectly furnished and supplied for a stress-free vacation. Great location with an easy stroll to Commercial St. Awesome outdoor space and views. Pack small soft bags because you’ll need to carry your things up a couple of flights to the bedrooms. Everything is clean, new, and comfortable. We highly recommend, and will stay here again.

This home is comfortable, located in a great spot in the West End and has a wonderful outdoor space for relaxing with friends. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here 4 years ago - even better this time. Very well maintained. Everything as described and even more. Multiple nice umbrellas in the umbrella stand for the day it rained was a great touch. Fast internet if you need to work a little or have a teen who streams a lot. Perfect size condo for our family of 3. Already looking forward to next year. Thank you Patrick.

Attractive, well-appointed home. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Supplied with everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The location is perfect; an easy, enjoyable stroll to Commercial St, yet quiet and far enough away to sleep peacefully. This home is well suited to active guests who don’t mind climbing stairs. Powder room and bedrooms are up one and two flights. Guests will be happier if they bring smaller bags to carry up. The 3-level floor plan provides really satisfying views from the top floor bedroom and balcony. Being able to see the Pilgrim Monument and the waterfront was awesome! Excellent outdoor space. We loved this home and would definitely book again.

The property is quite new, and still has the fresh, clean feeling of a turn-key home. It's graciously appointed with everything the Provincetown visitor could require, from comfortable linens to a margarita machine! The appliances are all state-of-the art, and the outdoor space is really a plus; there's a spacious patio with a fire pit and outdoor sofas, another backyard niche with a dining table for al fresco dinners, and - on the third floor, right off the master bedroom suite - a balcony with generous seating and a view of the water! I corresponded with the owner Patrick; he responded promptly to my every query, and - even though he was far away, in Texas - we felt like he was nonetheless a very gracious host. We have been visiting Provincetown for about thirty years, and always rent, sometimes at the last minute. We must've booked this place at precisely the right moment; I can't help but think in future summers, it will be in hot demand. My husband remarked more than once that this is definitely one of the nicer places we have ever stayed. We leave today, and are feeling truly bittersweet about it!

My title says it all. My partner, myself and two friends stayed in this lovely home. Everything is up to date and immaculately kept. The home is well-appointed, especially the kitchen. We all love to cook so it made our stay easy. The outdoor space was amazing...quiet yet steps away from the action. The perfect location in PTown to get to the beautiful beaches or the excitement of Commercial Street. The owners response time was lightning fast. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very clean and nice outdoor space

The online description perfectly matched the property. The furniture, indoor and out was contemporary and super comfortable. The appliances, kitchen equipment, outside grill, tv's and ac were great! The outdoor space provided us with lots of privacy and comfy reading, and relaxing options. We walked to town every day and the beautiful beaches were a short drive, minutes away. Patrick provided us with comprehensive info before our visit and was responsive, friendly and helpful with a question during our stay. We couldn't have asked for more!

We loved staying in Patrick’s place and would highly recommend to anyone. It’s new, clean, well stocked, and in excellent condition. Very quiet despite being somewhat close to Bradford St. AC worked really well. We loved all the outdoor spaces with comfortable furniture. Location was our biggest question when we rented but it’s less than a 10 min walk to the Boatslip and very convenient to things like Ptown Bikes and Galeforce bike rentals, Victor’s restaurant, the Red Inn, and beaches and bike paths. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Nice house. Everything is new. Good AC. Nice outdoor space. A little tighter inside than it appears in the listing but fine for 3-4 people.

When entering this beautiful home you are greated with the atmosphere of the sea. It is tastefully decorated and feels like home. All we needed was food. It had all new KitchenAid appliances and cook wear. The beds were also like home. You can walk to the downtown area with no problem. We will be returning!

This was one of many vacations I have spent in Provincetown and I was more than pleased with the accommodations. The condo was comfortable, clean and the two patios and upper deck on the third floor made it that much nicer, especially to entertain guests. The location is also superb. Whether to stroll down Commercial Street just minutes away or to rent a bicycle across the street for a ride to the beach. Five stars!

Such a great experience. We had been staying in the same house for 6 years and decided to make a change. Could not have been happier. The rooms were well appointed and the house was new and very clean. The outside spaces were very nice. Would recommend it any time. Will be back!

We've been coming to Ptown for 21 years and we've stayed all over. This new townhouse is wonderful. It is well appointed, has all the amenities one could ask for, is in great condition - what more could be said? The beds were very comfortable, the A/C worked very well, and the wireless internet kept me well connected to the "real" world. Patrick was so easy to work with getting the home booked, messaging us before arrival, and even sending beach towels from Amazon.com when we merely asked if the house had any or if we should bring our own from home (the house now has 4 colorful beach towels for future renters). We didn't have any problems whatsoever, but I know if we did have any Patrick would have taken care of them immediately. And the location was perfect for us - very quiet, an easy walk to the gym, and a comfortable walk into the center of town (not too close, not too far - just right for walking off all those great meals, ice cream, and chocolate peanut butter cups). The only reason we wouldn't book again in an instant is next year we might need three bedrooms. Patrick, if you happen to have another home in Ptown with 3 or more bedrooms, please let me know. Thanks for helping make this a perfect vacation week for us.

A perfect vacation spot for it's location and easy living. We were able to walk or bike to wherever we wanted to go; cocktails on the patio after a lovely day at the beach will long be remembered.

This beautifully designed new condo with high end finishes makes you feel like home. With 3 outdoor living spaces it's hard to pick one.. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances. The living room has a 65 inch Sony TV. Almost unheard of for Ptown. Love that each bedroom has its own onsuite along with a powder Room for friends. Will book again.
