La zona giorno principale ha un ampio divano avvolgente in pelle, un luogo perfetto per riunirsi e rilassarsi dopo una giornata intensa nella valle; per non parlare della cucina a concetto aperto che offrirà al tuo gruppo l'opportunità di trascorrere del tempo insieme mentre prepara un ottimo pasto. Il livello principale comprende una cucina a vista, un soggiorno e una zona pranzo, nonché una camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale e un bagno completo. Il secondo livello della casa offre una camera con 2 letti singoli, una camera con letto matrimoniale e una zona notte aggiuntiva con 2 letti singoli e un bagno di servizio. All'esterno troverai un balcone di Giulietta e un ponte di grandi dimensioni dotato di una griglia a propano e una buca per il fuoco di buone dimensioni che sta solo supplicando di avere altri pesci arrostiti sopra! 5 bellissime spiagge sono a pochi minuti e Silver Lake è a pochi chilometri lungo la strada! The property was clean and listening to the brook outside was very relaxing. The location was excellent as it was a short drive to the Little Pea Porridge Pond which my grandson really enjoyed. It was also very close to Conway. My only complaint is we had to pick up the key and drive it back to North Conway.

We had a wonderful vacation staying at the Burns property. From the moment we picked up the keys. The property management was very friendly and responsive to all my questions. The home was so comfortable, I felt like it was my own. It was very clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was great! Close to North Conway and all the activities we did during the week. The middle pond was amazing! It was so clean and refreshing during the hot week we had. We loved it so much we booked for 2023 when we checked out!

House is not newly remolded
No smoke detectors in house went and bought one at Walmart back porch is ready to fall off the house
No way to use garbage disposal
Need to take trash to dump and pay $5 per bag
Advertised a/c no a/c at all I. The house it was literally 84 in the house according to the thermostat this weekend
Terrible key location most rentals have lock box’s or keyless lock need to drive 20 minutes to get the keys then return them on departure
Definitely would not stay here again

Lovely home, clean and comfortable in every way. Well stocked up kitchen, ping pong and other games in the basement were great fun. Walking to the pond for a swim was an added bonus. Quiet and beautiful nature settings. We were even visited by a deer family a few times.

This property is a short distance to the water, has 4 bedrooms, full kitchen, floats, pool table, ping pong and foos ball. You can't go wrong here! There is also ample parking and a fire pit.

Enjoyed a lot, plenty of games and toys for kids. Bathroom lock needs to be fixed. Overall it was a awesome stay. Will definitely recommend.

This house had something for everyone in our family. A short distance to the pond for relaxing or the game room in the basement for the kids. One thing to make this even better. We had heard that some rental homes offered kayaks and/or canoes. That would have been a great addition while at the pond.

The Bowes property is exactly what you imagine when searching for a ski cabin; Big wood stove, cozy living room, fun basement with games, and plenty of bedrooms to accomadate the whole family! Further, the property was spotless and well maintained!
During our stay, we had full access to North Conway (15mins), 4-5 ski resorts (45mins), and snowmobile trails. Needless to say, we were close to everything!
We developed a great relationship with the Bowes and Select Real Estate. We had a few requests and questions regarding the house and they were more than accommodating.

AMAZING! Loved this place. We vacation in Madison every summer and this was my favorite place! Immaculate, close to the lake and remote at the same time. We want to come back every year! Thank you for the awesome experience!

Close to everything but far enough away to be enjoyable
I think we have found our forever summer rental! We loved this place. It had the perfect location, amount of beds and amenities. The kids loved the game room downstairs, we loved the very comfortable and spacious couch. Me and my husband loved the porch right off our room. We had coffee out there every morning. The house is big enough for everyone to have their own space, while homey enough to feel together as well. We saw a deer 3 days in a row. Once in the front of the house eating shrubs, then in the back yard near the little stream and then again in the front yard. We also got to see a few turkeys hanging out across the street. The kids loved it. We have stayed in Eidelwess Village for the past 3 years and this so far has been the best house! We will be back next year and for years to come.

This place was very roomy and clean. The set-up was perfect to relax at the end of the day. Loved the ponds in the area exclusive for the people that live there. Had every utensil you can imagine for cooking. I especially enjoyed our master spacious and with a deck. the airconditioning kept us cool during the humidity. and I loved the wrap around couch. Can not say enough about my stay. Overall, this place gets a thumbs up.

It was a great stay. There was a wonderful stream that ran behind the cabin that made for an amazing peaceful sound. Only downfall was the Wi-Fi was not working. But overall great time.
