It was the perfect property for a friends getaway! Plenty of room for all 14 of us and very clean!

Fourteen of us stayed there and we had an anytime. In the beginning we had some issues with the water pressure on the house but that was worked out pretty quickly. We had a very good time there. The property was exactly what they had listed. The rooms were very comfortable. I would recommend you bring your pwn sheets because you’re accustom to that. It’s very quiet, didn’t even know we had neighbors…everyone pretty much kept to themselves. We were literally feeding the deers vegetables from the balcony. It was an experience my kids will remember forever. Bring your garbage bags, the ones provided are very weak. OVERALL I GIVE THIS PROPERTY FIVE STARS.

Appliances are pretty old, spider webs around, old hard blankets so I suggest you bring your own. Had a hard time trying to locate the dumpster for the trash and when we did, they gave us a hard time saying we needed a form which I had on my phone and an ID but they didn’t want to accept it. I had to call for help several times before I had someone answer me. I sent emails and tried contacting the owner and still no feedback about my complaints. Overall the house was a good time, it was near a lake which was nice. And I thought the house was secluded cause of the pictures on here so before booking, if you want a secluded house just know there are neighbors super close.

Accommodation was clean. Did not like the idea that I had to make beds. Water pressure was very low

Great location, spacious , & very clean. A little fly infested but overall clean property. We had a great time will be back in the warmer months to visit the lake nearby.

Rented this large house for an August family reunion of 11 people ranging in age from 86 to 10. I picked the property because of the size, close proximity to the lake, community pool and other outdoor activities. Unfortunately swimming in the lake was prohibited the entire time we were there because of high bacteria levels, which was pretty disappointing. We only found this out the day we arrived from a fellow disappointed beach goer. As mentioned by other reviews, several of the beds have the loudest, creakiest mattresses ever. No joke. We had a contest to see which was the loudest. The house could also use an interior paint job. There were several patched walls with white plaster over the holes (I think where speakers had been removed and just waiting for a whole house paint job). On the positive side, my family loved the TVs in the bedrooms with Hulu, Netflix etc. the hot tub was great and 2 separate living rooms were ideal for teens and adults. Also the pool table was fantastic. House had a great Weber grill (my husband is picky and bad grills are disappointing in a vacation house). Yard can’t really be used for lawn games as there is not much flat space but great walking neighborhood.

Very enjoyable stay for 4th of July weekend. House is as described and true to pictures and had everything we needs.

Great spacious house for a holiday getaway with friends. The management company was easy to reach when we had questions. Our recommendations would be new kitchen supplies (non stick pans) and softer beds with more linens available. Overall a great stay and would recommend to another group!
