-no keys at mailbox but 15 minutes or some like that later they change my room to others mailbox. -access card not function well!!!!! -not good host. i keep say tq but they dont even respond at all!!! hahahahahahahhaa -clean room -due to access card is not okay, they pay my parking fee -deposit got exactly after 24h hahahahaha lol idk why they hold money too long

Strategic location

There were cockroaches running around. The toilet was leaking and smelly…that made the room stink. The cleaner who came did not clean the unit AT ALL. Apparently cleaned the cabinets which was of no use. Toilet and room were not cleaned.

Strategic location, comfortable bed and good facilities but tv a little bit lag

The staff give a respon about a broken remote tv but didnt give us a new remote even though we chat them twice. So we cannot watch tv because there was no remote to switch mode to hdmi.

- Location - Kitchen is good. Compete with kitchenware - Washing machine (tho have little hard to function) - Air-cond is cold - Swimming pool with beautiful view - Good restaurant + steamboat at rooftop and swimming pool - Lots of convenience store and restaurants at ground floor - Safe parking (1 unit = 1 car) - Water dispenser with hot, cold and warm water

- Bathroom is moldy - Door wasn't very safe - Sharing main door of the apartment with other unit, but the main door is not very safe and cannot be locked - our unit door lock also just simple door lock, which is very worrying to leave our belonging - Building security is not good where it is not maintained and anyone can just enter as the door from the parking is broken (for whole 5 days of our stays) - Gym equipment is not able to use. Both treadmill is not working and it "flooded" after rain - Our unit was used to keep the house keeping equipment and they slams the door early morning

-they got smart tv. you can watch youtube & netflix - got free wifi - got complete culinary

-they did not inform in advance about the washing machine malfunction and i really need to use it (they gave me 10% off for the inconvenience) -refund money took so long -very few hangers -the sofa is not soft - the owner took so long to reply my message - some of the wall socket cannot use
