The view was amazing. The quietness. the impression to be floating above the sea or to be on a ship flying above the sea. The sky at night is amazing. The swimming pool and the comfortable seats around it were great!! The comfort of the rooms, the showers... everything!!

The last hundreds meters of the road which was more a trail road. The light from the concierge villa at night: it was reassuring and on the other hand annoying for watching the stars.

The 180 degree ocean views are spectacular, perfect from the master bedroom, the living room and kitchen, the pool area. Gorgeous sunsets and peaceful surroundings. The nearby caretakers were so friendly and helpful and made sure that we had everything we needed and that our stay was comfortable and special. The owner was also very helpful and wanted to ensure our satisfaction and communicated via chat to make sure that everything was wonderful.

Booking.com made a mistake with the prices and the confirmation, but the owner was very understanding and handled everything perfectly and made sure everything was to our satisfaction.

At the very end of the road on top of the cliffs with a 180° seaview, this villa makes you feel very special. We very much enjoyed the privacy as this location is far from any tourist buzz. Meanwhile all luxury treats are easily accecible within a 30 min drive to Budva. Here one can enjoy a lush evening strolling around the old town, have diner in one of the various reastaurants or shop for some souvenirs. The small beach below the villa is very private and beautiful. The walk down takes about 15 min, which makes the way back up a beautiful workout in the morning, with a refreshing dip in your pool afterwards ;) The owners of the villa are just fabulous and a care taker did help us with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay at the Villa Nerin very much. This was our first visit to Montenegro and will definitely not be our last :) Thank you for this great spot!

The last 1.5 km of the road is very bad. Our Mini Cooper felt pain :( Because the road is terrible, the beach next to the house is almost private. But it's better to walk to it if you don't have an offroad car.

We very much enjoyed the stay. The scenery and the view over the area and the Mediterranean Sea are incredible. The house was clean, spacy and offers a good standard. Everything needed is available. The water quality of the was excellent. The location is in the middle of the nature and it is very silent. The staff that supported us during our stay was extremely friendly and helpful.

The side road that leads to the House is difficult to drive. A vehicle with all-terrain capabilities is helpful. Due to the ecological concept of the building, energy consumption was limited. For us (6 persons) this was no problem. In-between the building should be connected to the public power supply.
