Great place, great hosts, we have truly enjoyed! The house and the land around are great, excellent architecture, total peace while everything is within 10 min reach by car.

A beautifully fitted out villa with really high quality decor and equipment and full of light throughout. Wonderfully isolated in its own olive grove and a short distance down an unmade road - extremely peaceful. Good kitchen. A washer and a dryer in the basement which is unusual in this region. A lovely gas barbeque in the garden. Maurizio was incredibly helpful. He even went to buy us a kettle so we could make tea easily and cleared out the basement room so we had use of a second loo. Totally recommend staying here.

The pool is slightly smaller than it appears from the Booking pictures - about 4 strokes end to end. Pricing in Croatia is higher than you'd pay for a villa in France or Italy - that said, if you want to go to Rovinj, this is a fabulous option with no downsides.
