My wife and I have just spent 3 nights at the Shepherds Hut in Skipton. The location was excellent just a few minutes walk from the centre of town and across the road from Skipton Castle. The shepherds hut had its own parking space and it was set in a lovely location. The shepherds hut had everything you could want. It had a kitchen and dining area with a double bed and bathroom with a good size shower. The garden area outside was laid out lovely with a table and chairs where you could have your morning breakfast or evening meal with a glass of wine just watching the sun set, it was a lovely location.
There was nothing that we didn't like.

Hut was clean and located in a great area right by the castle/next to a sheep field and in short distance to the centre. It was well looked after and filled with lots of themed decor. Hosts were lovely and helped out with our queries.

Delightful stay at The Bailey’s shepherd’s hut with beautiful own garden and outside sitting area. Cosy and well equipped with all we needed. Enjoyed the optional breakfast hamper.

We had a lovely welcome when we arrived. Gave us all basic details we needed to know, even had milk in the fridge if needed for a morning coffee. The shower was really spacious. Local in the town centre. The bed was unexpectedly comfy with were it was situated in the hut. It was spotlessly clean. Loved reading the book on the huts transformation aswell. We would definitely stay again 😀

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay at this property from the location and friendliness of the owners to the comfort and cleanliness of the property itself, with everything we could possibly ask for to make our stay comfortable. For example being greeted with a welcoming smile on our arrival, fresh flowers on displayed in the property and a printed welcoming letter with our first names on it. It is those little things that for me make all the difference.

The host Mark went out of his way to make sure the bedding and cushions were allergy free and washed in non perfume detergent. We were greeted with the warmest of welcomes and lots of tips for a great stay in Skipton. The hut itself is surprisingly roomy with everything you need for a comfortable stay including a very comfortable bed ...will be back in summer Thank you 😊

Location was great, with a lovely little garden to sit out in.
Only slight negative was I kept banging my elbow on the side in the middle of the night but that says more about my erratic sleeping that the layout.

Beautifully appointed Shepherds Hut in a great location. Comfortable, cosy and very cute. Welcoming and lovely hosts. Even put a little bottle of milk in the fridge for our arrival.

It was so picturesque , breakfast was spot on and the hosts were so friendly

What is there not to like. From the warm and friendly greeting by Mark, the very comfortable bedroom with all the added extras, the fantabulous bathroom with huge walk in shower and finally the breakfast. The breakfast does need a special mention, nothing was left out and everything cooked specifically to order, fresh baked bread, homemade jams and best of all black pudding 👌 😃
