Room was clean and spacious.

Room we booked through booking.com said it was a room for 4 people. When we arrived to room, it only accommodated 3 people total. When we asked front desk about why we had been assigned a room for 3 people no solution or answer was given. Not helpful. Also had to go down to front desk to get extra bedding, none was provided in advance and no one answered phone when called down to front desk. Bot TV's in room were not working and no solution provided by front desk.

The staff were pleasant enough but the front desk people looked like we had just woken them up. not professional at all, frumpy sweatshirts on. they did their job but just didn’t strike me as hotel staff- they could have at least had on a polo shirt or something that made them look somewhat professional especially for a business class hotel. Also some of the food for breakfast ran out and it took forever to replace it. it wasn’t even close to the end of breakfast time.

I love how the washer and dryer are free to use!!!

The Wifi is a little weak for gamers like us! But is great for all you non gamers!

Clean, nice bed/pillows. Convenient location.

When we arrived there was a bowl of food from previous guest in the refrigerator. The coffee make still had the leftovers from the previous guest in the machine. We ran out of tissues almost immediately with no replenishment.

We liked that it was close to our destination and had higher expectations for a nice stay

The fact that we called to make sure the pool was available and was told that YES it would be available for us to use during our stay ( or we would have booked somewhere else that DID have an open pool) ..get to there to check in and nope it was closed...was told that they would discount us for the inconvenience but never did....infact they charged me $9.38 (twice!! so I had $18.76 taken unauthorized from my account)!! Ive called twice to resolve this and was told the manager would be calling me.....its been 3 days and still havent heard from him!!! 😏😏

Robert was great!! The faciality was very nice and overall clean. I was told that the room that I booked they did not have and that I would have to contact bookings to get a refund. I was not happy, but on the day of checkout Robert asked how my stay was during breakfast. I explained what had happened and he made it right.. He did advise that the front desk staff is new and do have hands tied in what they are able to do. Overall the stay was pleasant and the fact that Robert made it right goes a long way. I will be back.

I did not get the room that I booked, there was hair all over the place in my room. We found a dirty sock under the bed. The pool was closed for repairs and we were told that when we booked, but were promised it would be up and functional when we arrived. The pool was not open, but that was beyond there control due to finding a crack.

The breakfast was actually very good and the location for us was spot on

Pleasant staff, easy accessibility, comfortable and well stocked rooms, great complimentary food, very dog friendly!!
