The flat was spacious with three bedrooms and the beds were very comfortable. I liked that there was a door that separated the living room from the bedrooms so that if somebody woke earlier they didn't bother the ones still sleeping (we have a 3-year old :) ). Puerto del Rosario is not a sight to see but it's in the center so it's a good base to discover the island from.
Everything seemed basic or below, as if the owners only wanted to spend the absolute minimum to maintain the property. The simplest of kitchen utensils were missing (like scissors), the bath room emitted a foul smell, the lighting was dim, even in the living room. We had a

spacious, quite clean, good location and affordable.
coffee maschine with filters, dish wash available, but no soap and shampoo in bathroom
Very but very annoying sound of some pump maschine on rooftop, all day all night, we had to buy ear plugs and still we couldnt sleep well. Also once from our three nights we had very loud young people in next apartment And they had party till 2am.
There was peanuts in the bed, under sheets...also in closets and behind sofa.
Matress waterprotector of bad quality, it felt like sleeping on plastic bag or in hospital.
Not enough blankets for february, we were cold.
Some broken furniture.

The flat is spacious and staff friendly
Many things!
- the location (far from city center and near factories)
- not well equipped (almost nothing in the kitchen)
- awful machine noise on the roof night and day!
- sometimes no more hot water in the evening
- no access to the terrace!
- other appartements very loud
- the view from the balcony
- the toaster doesn’t work
- only a few hangers in the wardrobes and no board

Very good location, restaurants are very close and good place for parking. We had everything we needed in the house.

The host was always available and helped with all the questions we had. During our stay there was a problem with water supply in the whole city and the host suggested us to move to other apartments they had (we chose Morro Jable). That was really kind and saved our vacation. Would definitely recommend this host and will definitely reach out to them when we are on Fuerteventura nest time!
Location was not optimal for a tourist visit, but it is the case for the hole city.

The apartments were advertised as having access to the rooftop which was one of the main reasons why we chose them. When we arrived, the rooftop was locked. When asked, the agency replied it was for "maintenance works" although during our stay (10 days) no works were actually performed. There was no hot water during our stay. He beds were not comfy and the windows in all the bedrooms were overlooking other apartments, so the bedrooms were super loud during the night (crying babies etc). Overall, I would not book this venue again.
