The staff was helpful and friendly. They originally wanted a bank transfer because we were arriving late. But this was going to be complicated so they allowed us to pay with credit card although we arrived passed 5pm. The reception was very welcoming and friendly.

The room was small but adequate. We are used to not getting the best room in a hotel when we just stay for one night so it was not a problem. The room was clean.

Excellent customer service from everyone!!! Claudia, Jesus and Brenda made me feel at home!!! The room was super nice wish I had stayed longer! Loved the rooftop and Location!
